It should be resolved in a bit, we're updating the machine with the encryption patch now. BaraCool. Just for information purposes, assuming that's it's not some super secret proprietary information, how many different servers are required to support all of Stardock's forum/blog sites including orphans like the GC2 Metaverse as well as the GalCiv 1 site?
The forums are on a cluster of 3 servers.

AFAIK this just started happening with this latest update. Replying from not the last page of a multi-page thread simply hangs. Replying from the last page of a thread gives the following error. Well, yesterday we were restarting servers, so those of you who have only experienced the problem the past few days, you can probably ignore this post. However, if you have experience this problem earlier than this week, please reply! Bara
No problem, thank you for reporting the issue :) Bara
Anybody else? We have a few confirmed reports, but I would really like to be 100% certain that this issue exists externally... Bara
Hey everyone, we're trying to track down a problem with the forums, but it only seems to be hitting a very small set of users. Have any of you experienced a problem while browsing the forums where it randomly says "The webpage is not available"? A refresh or two usually fixes it. Here's an image of the issue at hand: So, how many of you have experienced this recently?<
Ok, the forums logging out issue should be resolved for certain now. The issue was related to us applying an encryption-related patch to one server but not others. We are now applying the patch to all of our servers, so you may notice some inconsistencies across the sites related to logging in/out. You may need to re-login on other Stardock sites due to the encryption change. Bara

I have an older machine than you and it's fine. Just how jerky is the scrolling? While I admit it's a tiny bit slower to show the buttons in IE8 than in Firefox/Chrome, it doesn't seem to affect the scrolling for me at all. Bara
First, sorry to hear you aren't feeling well, get well soon. Let me know your thoughts on this I like the new change but it does interfere with scrolling the forum pages (There is a slight pause or hang as each reply shows the buttons.) unless you keep your mouse out of the reply areas when doing so or use the scrollbar. It gives the page a "jerky" look and feel to it. I'd like it better if this was smoot
Sorry guys, I've been sick yesterday and today so I have not been able to work on the forums to resolve your issues. I'll be working from home today to try and get them resolved. Our server admin made a change to our load balancer that may resolve the random logout issue. If you are still having the problem, please clear any cookies related to stardock or the site you are currently visiting (if possible, clear all cookies to start fresh). If it still happens to you a
