If I simply added your karma for both sites, it would have been inaccurate because I'd be double-counting. Instead, I recalculated it on a per-forum basis, so that's the reason your karma looks like it went down. In reality, it's the same as it was before, just in different w

Google Chrome is the best browser on the market. Not as a so-called "secondary" browser but as a primary. In fact, I use it as my primary browser and encourage everyone I see using a different browser to try out Chrome. And I'm a web developer, who does pretty much everything on the web. The only reason I ever switch back to Firefox (outside of general testing) is to use Firebug to debug Javascript (Firebug is still superior to Chrome's built-in dev tools, although the

If you can provide me that information I can take a look.</

I haven't heard of anyone else having this issue and I am unable to replicate it on my end. I am learning towards this being something on your end. Can you try logging into the forums on a completely different machine using IE8/9 and see if the issue still appears? I doubt it has anything to do with your account but we can verify it this way. We apologize for the inconvenience folks. We have taken multiple steps to try and resolve this issue, but it is now in Google's hands. Note: For those of you installing and uninstalling your browser: Don't. The issue is not your machine or your browser. You have not been hacked or compromised. This is a problem with Google and our sites. It will be resolved in time. Bara

I just realized we only show one page of Karma in a user's karma page. I'll see about fixing that soon. [quote who="LightStar" reply="3" id="2785555"]If #1 was supposed to do something, it didn't. I pushed a forum update today that has the following changes: 1. Disabled the ads on the WinCustomize forums to try and prevent the "Malware Detection" problems for Chrome and Firefox. 2. Karma is now universal across all sites. This means that the karma number you now see in each post will be the same across all of the forums, and that giving someone karma means they will get it everywhere. Let me know if you notice any issues with it. 3. Updated some of o

We are looking into it now. FYI: Chrome blocks the site as well and shows a message stating that visiting the site may harm your computer. Please note that this is not the case. We are looking into the issue now and hope to have it resolved ASAP. Bara

Just wanted to give you guys a quick update to let you know that you can now post on the forums using the iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch in the Safari app. Note that the editor is disabled, and you will only have access to a regular text box for inputting messages, so you will not be able to do any special formatting. However, HTML is enabled for that text box, so you can type it out manually if you'd like. Bara

I'm not sure if I'll ever add this to the forums, but I'll see about adding it to another site I'll be working on in the future, where it would probably make more sense. The forums is more a place of discussion, not to connect with others or find friends. Thank you for the suggestion, however, and feel free to provide more :) Bara
