CON ARTIST You spent your younger days plying your trade with the shell game among others, You've found that other rulers are just as easy to convince to give you more than they think they've given. (Trades sometimes provide you with more than was agreed upon, and the other person will never know it)
Well, I guess this will be hard to balance but it's not like the current talents are balanced at all.
The best answer for balance is just to deal with the cost of them. I don't really have any ideas for new traits, but balance is just a matter of testing and adjusting pricepoints.

I would like to see more gameplay related things, like acces to some great spells which others can not get, Being able to build unigue buldings etc... no only statistic bonuses.
There are already some like that..
Ahh they said they might open the BETA today so ahh if it could be cleared up that would be great. Would rather be told to wait until March than be told maybe and wait around all day to see if you get a chance to enter the BETA or not. Thanks
Just preorder now, and either you get in today or you get in for Beta 2, either way you aren't charged until you can play it.
Trig is easy as pi. They just try to confuse you by not explaining the different between pi and radians and by forcing memorization instead of true comprehension of concepts. Oh and the whole negative angle thing, which is retarded.
I hate memorization!
The problem is already there, --> city spam. I just want to come up with the best way to limit its as much as possible. Increasingly expensive "new city" techs would go much farther in doing that than simply a single base price for the tech, imo. But you had to deal with city conquest, and the addition of new cities through that manner... but I feel my new suggestion above makes that a non-issue now. Imagine going on the WoW forums and having the CEO of Blizzard answering you. Not just a Dev, but the Owner of the company that all the Devs answer to. I don't see that happening in a million years. A lot of CEO's don't honestly take any interest in what their own companies make. They care about

Choose to build a road in your city interface, this takes you to the road designing interface, design your road to wherever from wherever, and the road is added to that city's build queue.
Too much micro for me.. I don't want to have to design my roads tile by tile... I really only want to have to make super important roads..
I would like to cast Death Magic spells without halving to kill something first. Is this wrong? Does it matter? Are there any evil books of magic in Elemental?
You aren't going to have to kill anything to use it. Stuff dies all the time, and the way your Sov will twist the landscape gives plenty of plausibility to the player not needing to actually kill to fuel his magic.
