I agree with Akashir with the graphics idea. It doesn't have to be jaw dropping (Crysis) but as long it's nice and pleasant to look at should be fine by today's standard.

The 4 elementals existing in some sort of altered dimension which can only be accessed by chosen ones; ie: the player. This does present an interesting setting. Auras normally has a radius limitation. In a tactical battlefield, an aura can span several spaces and any unit within the space will gain the bonus.
