As posted earlier, you don't have the basic facts of the game down. If you don't realize that farming creeps within radius of a tower is just as effective as doing it anywhere else, you don't have grasp on a core concept of this game yet. It makes it impossible to take anything you argue seriously. I doubt that you'll admit how much you got pwned in this debate. But I'll bet other neutral posters do. And they are the ones I hope a

Your post is interesting and an example on how coordinated teamplay should work (though it rarely does). But I don't understand the way you use some terms...
1. 3 regs sniping = 750 damage
Not sure how you get 750 damage, since on level 1 a snipe is around 500 on max range. And though Regulus only starts with 1400 health, many other demigods start with around 2000. The Rook can quickly get up to over 3000 at level 3 and with favor items, I've seen an UB have over 4000 health at level 3. So that would mean that you actually need 4 Regulus to down one DG in a coordinated atta

Awesome post, and sorry for butchering it, but I feel I have to comment certain parts...
Honestly, if any game, be it football, soccer, hockey, baseball, or chess were determined in the first 5 minutes then the rest of the game would be pointless.
Reg is one of the best harraser in the game for his range normal attack, he will help his minion earning xp and harass you, once you will go for him he will retreat in range of his towers, if you follow, you'll get below multiple snipe hp point and boom you are dead. If you retreat he will restart to harras you, lowering your hp, forcing you to retreat to cristal to avoid multiple snipe kill.
I would argue that both Ere

I'm at loss for words here, so just please tell me that allowing 2v1 matches in the Pantheon is a huge, huge bug. (PS. The person nicked Sebcool played a mean, mean UB and managed to hold his own against us two light siders until about level eight or ten. Kudos to him for playing a wicked game until he quit, and I don't blame him a bit for it.)

If not a banlist, I would like a friendlist with the following features: * Color coding of contacts * Visible color coding of contacts even in the lobby * Notes saving on contacts * Visible tool-tip on contacts in the lobby I know I've made topics in favour of rage quitting, but there are lots of ways to behave badly. So, at least I would like to mark people who I've encountered and behaved badly to me with, for example, red and a note as to why

Ok, I think I'm up to the fourth of fifth time this has happened now, even without any deaths or anything... it's just at the very beginning of a game, and often followed by a "desync detected" popup. My question is: Why doesn't the game stop when this happens? I joined a MULTI PLAYER GAME, and end up with 100% AI... how can that be recorded in my profile even?

I've made a number of posts on the rage quitting phenomenon and even a topic arguing for it. The reason in Demigod is the fact that if you allow the other team to get a head start in levelling, there is more often than not no way of making a comeback. This is a design flaw in the game. It is made worse by the fact that there currently is quite difficult to judge if you are facing a team of good opponents or not, and if the other side is full of beginners or not. <

Then Impulse would need a "team list" in addition to the "friend list". The team list would be temporarily populated by the people on your team in the game you're currently playing. And this should be populated while in the lobby, but not enabled since people can still switch teams, but when the game starts loading, it SHOULD be enabled to people can talk strategies while waiting for the game to start! And as have been mentioned, next to each name should be a mute butt

Well, the third time this happened, the first player to disconnect was on our side and we were winning the game. Then, one on the other side disconnected, but it was a 5v5 game, so I didn't think much of it. But later in the game the chat went all silent, and when I looked at the scores, all others had ping 0, and I hadn't seen any more disconnection screens.

Before the patches, I had no problem playing online. After the recent patches, I'm finding that in many games after a while, I'm playing alone, against all AI. Almost no game at all since the last patches have gone without at least one player 30 second disconnecting. What happens when I finish a game on all AI? Does it even get counted towards anything?

I just played a game where I got to level 10 as regulus and had, if I remember correctly, Banded Mail, Unbreakable Boots and Mard's Hammer. I then go head to head against another Regulus player, who is at level 11. He is in Angelic Fury mode and deals 350 damage to me per pop, while I only deal about 190 to him. He sinks me in about 5 seconds. How did this happen? What items did he use to get that amount of damage, when I had bought items that yielded both increased heal

OK, this happened to me a SECOND time now! And this time, it wasn't me who dropped out, because I could see the chat from at least one other person! It happens in sequence... first one player 30 second times out, then another, then another, then another, until they're all gone. Very annoying!

Ventrilo and Teamspeak are third party apps which requires your to install, setup and log onto various servers. Then it requires all of the people you play with to also be aware of these apps and have them installed and logged on and so on... It's utterly unrealistic to expect everyone to use competing third party applications for what should be an in-game feature, especially in a game with built in community support.

Hello! I've noticed that in some cases, the loading of the game takes a terrible amount of time. How about enabling a team chat during that period, while you are waiting? That would enable you to ask and see what strategies your teammates would consider.
