Yes, I hear you all argue the same thing, 350ms blah blah, it's just not true in game. Do NOT believe anyone that tells you 250+ is ok, they are simply desperate for a game, and while I do have sympathy for these people, it's not fair to everyone else to keep perpetuating these false claims and having those of us who do have good pings, and live in the region the game was released to sit through laggy games. You will die, because the SNIPE will get you ;)
Isn't attack speed capped at 0.5? Besides, the games where you get more then one artifact item are very few.
This is a really cool gimmick. Ah yes, and challenge me... http://mcb4in.mybrute.com
This is the "won't chase the demigod I clicked" bug.
Great stuff, frogboy. ;)
The problem is, a good sedna/qot team with good players will push you so hard in the beginning, that you just can't do anything. How are you going to handle heal/shield? Yes, later you can beat them, but hardly in the beginning. So what are you gonna do? For instance, on PRISON, which is really small and open, they will simply harass you, keep you from exping and away from the flags, and if they score some kills, they will have an even bigger advantage. At the point where you can beat them, t
never mind, already listed...
If the enemy gets giants a smart team will sell their items to get them aswell, because they are humped, if they don't and the artifacts won't help em anyway.
Yes, this is for big games, and it's support. But if you can hold the position, the teams lategame chances are very good, because you will dominate. Once you get the 3300g gloves, you can start killing the towers, if the enemy DG are busy for a while. This will really come in handy, once you get angels/catas, and these creeps can walk into the enemy base.
Mark of the Betrayer Immune, Auto-Attack Regulus ;) Skills : Angelic Fury 5 > Sniper's Scope 3 > Enhanced Attributes 6 > Maim 3 (get Maim 1 soon) > +3 other Items : I start with Scaled Helm and Gauntlets of Brutality. Favor : I get the Swift Anklet. If there is no favor I get the 1000g 10% movement boots. Usually I save 3300g to get Slayer's Wraps (10% 2x crit), unless I really need Wand of Speed before that.
Getting atleast Maim I asap makes alot of sense.
++ Connection making is alot faster now. -- Game stability is alot worse: Lag out during game start and alot more ingame then before.
So true. But the newbies are hopeless anyway.
I've done some games with No-Skill-Attack-Only Regulus builds. Basicly you gotta stay close to towers or run, in the begining, otherwise you are toast. I skip the mines, and go Scope, Fury, Maim, Attributes. If you survive the early game, you can really dominate the late game once you get some serious crit items. You just gotta watch out, to not fall behind. Focus on exping/gold farming the creeps. Ignore the other demigods unless you can get a sure kill in team. Remember, you are an easy tar
What I get alot, is that for example Erebus - Bite doesn't work. The char just doesnt move. Usually takes 2-3 tries until it works again. This happens with other spells too, I have heard. With Regulus (other DGs too I guess) another thing that is annoying is the fact the when you chase an enemy DG (got a lock on him) and you cast for example Wand of Speed, the lock goes a way and you just stand there. This is really really bad. An attack lock should stay until you release it with anot
Sedna heal is almost ok, what's worse is QoT shield. The latter definetly needs a nerf. Heal only minor.
Your sim speed sucks.
1 - Going halfway minions is likely not a good idea. Either full or none and if you go full minion, you have to push hard at level 1-10, killing alot of structures, so your creeps can roll through in the game after level 10. 2 - AFAIK, it doesn't
Gogo Frogboy ;)
QoT shield is amongst the most overpowered things I've seen so far. At low level it's completly insane. I'm unsure the 12/12/7/7 will be the right fix. You simply wont get through it in 7s, even worse if she is teamed up with a high dps char. She'll shield him aswell. This is especially worse on PRISON map. Some people claim the bite of Erebus is OP, thats 300 every 7s. The shield is 700 every 7s!
Attack as a team. Focus on one DG to get a kill if you can. Capture flag, lock the flag with the flag locking device (250g in shop) go to the next flag. You need to do this soon, before you go way behind in warscore.
My opinion so far.... Erebus - overall too good Rook - towers too good QoT - Shield too good Sedna - heal a bit too good Unclean Beast - ok Torch Bearer - ok Oak - ok Regulus - too weak (and too item dependent)
Boots of Speed - 1000g +10% movement speed Groffling Warplate - 5200g +675 hp, +1200 armor I wouldn't get these, you dont need the speed, because you are already the fastest with the favor item, especially if you use the platform CHEAT with Bat Swarm on this map. I'd get the following instead... Unbreakable Boots - 1500g +600 hp, +800 mana, +5 hp/s Heart of Life - 4250 +15 hp/s, +50% mana/s +300 hp/mana for 10 secs (or until damaged)</
Flag Capture I'm surprised how few players use or even know what capture/flag locks are. This can not only be used in late game, locking the flags in the enemy base, but already quite early in game, to lock the middle flag for example, while you recapture another one with team effort. To catch up if you are behind in war score, this is a really good strategy.
So can snipe, and the UB's spit plus some other abilities. Eventually this will be balanced...
