its unusual, StarGate are good people. but like anyone(look at bloody microsoft FFS!) they experience technical problems! how every anoying this may be for you, it is also anoying for them aswell! no one wants to work on Xmas Eve rebuilding a server!(talking from experience as an IT Administrator) hold tight, iv full faith in them sorting it ASAP!
