are you using the dev program to play test? in dev it is automatically goes to windowed mode so even if you crash, you can easily exit, however, you might want to undo the files, and do one change at a time with dev program.
I am pretty sure you can do more than 100 caps, it is pretty much up to your machine on how many you can handle

You need to download Impulse from impulsedriven.com or something like that goolge it. Install it. Use the same account here with the same password and log in. I dont' remmeber where but you need to enter your cd key somewhere on there. when it confirms it, check for the updates in the corner. It should say you got updates, downl
wow, just go to settings->video->Play game in Windowed mode or even better shortcut, is to go to your settings file under setting and then search for WINDOWMODE (or something to a sort) change it from false to TRUE don't tell me you never noticed this option when you change your screen resolution for the game, or you didn't know about that too?

Lol for some reason it doesn't work for the latest diplomacy version, I copied over the latest version of the convertdata relabeled as ConvertedData_Diplomacy1.00 as you have done with the other convert data, and your program won't read the new convertdata lol, just pointing out that bug......
Dude Spartacus is cool, I watched all of the episodes so far, it rivals Rome or even the Tudors in the complexity of the story... however, when it came to the porn stuff, I find myself skipping them when I am watching them in the public but at home hehe, play, rewind, play, rewind, you get the point. Lol the unicomplex problem seems to the same as the borg cube in the pirate area in the Original's version of the mod. However, is there plans to make each race to support more ships, right now, you can barely get a fleet of substaintial firepower before you supply runs out.
Sure pathfinding should be changed however, this tatical movement is change is rather small, I perfer a more broader change to the pathfinding when it comes to ships moving in space, rather colliding just to adjust their path, even after it they colide, it takes forever for the ship to find the correct path. This also applies to moving ships that is across the planet, right now, the ships ram themselves into the planet and then make small movements just to go around, I would rather this to be
