If you have bough any steam games before, what you are mainly buying is the CD key rather than the game itself. You then register on Impulse and then you will download it.
Nuttygamer
Are you people intending to keeping adding things into it or are you just going to add the new things to the diplomacy version, and pretty much just fix problems on the entrechment version instead?
They probably check for viruses and *. Or probably time they need to post it and make it avaliable. Or because they might have a blacklog of people uploading and they need to get those up before they do yours
I think RAM isn't the entire issue here. The issues has also to do with the graphic card that you also have. If you have crappy GPU, it doesn't matter if you have 20 gb of ram. The game will still run slow. BTW. the GPU makes all of the caluclations interms of where each pixel should be and applying and rendering he textures and such.
I don't think PC are dying at all, it is just that they have been moved to different platforms of distribution, for example Steam and Impulse, however, I am seeing more and more interesting games are coming out for consoles only.
Whew..... That took entirely too long to do.
Really, usually with each patch I repatch from 0.5 up to current, it usually only takes 15 minutes most so not it isn't hard at all
It looks nice but the texturing could and should be improved
My suggestion is to use Mediafire or Filefont
Proto how can you assume it is a sync issue if the OP didn't even say he/she was playing online? for all if could be the way he/she patched the game. My suggestion, for what is worth (probably nothing), is to reinstall the game.
I have also seen that you can increase the diffculty of the AI, not sure how much more different than before since there isn't a Trek mod for Diplomacy but it can get pretty brutal. I played against Cruel AI, and it already started sending ships to bomb within 5 minutes or so Also the missions and the diplomacy is more interactive than before
Hi, the project is not alive anymore. I removed my source code and abandoned it. I did not see much interest in it, sorry.
Do you not read the posts?
Well so what if it is a long game, I usually play single player, just save and go to sleep. mmm sleep
Probably not, as they use the patches to ensure that you have a legit copy of the game.
Didn't Ryat just say that with the DRM?
I have to say it is kinda innovative in design and a great use of css, in terms of the previous version. However, my only problem with this is the Games page. Why not keep the old games page in which it just list the games that you have, now you got to navigate around just to start a game. Also the tools such as canceling a download isn't there anymore which I am screaming "Where the hell is the cancel button."
How do I go about getting dynamic movement in Diplomacy 1.01?
It is in the works. Midterms in post-secondary isn't being nice to me. Even if I am going to have only 3 lol.
I want to buy The Star Trek Online game, which is avaliable on both Steam and Impulse. I have accounts on both system and have games on both, but I have never faced this deliemia when both offer the same title at approxmitely the same price, can be too sure since Steam only offers prices in USD, where as I am a CAD.... So I want the general community to point me in the right direction as to which platform I should get the game from. I know that thrid-party (stores) are totally
Lol, as for DM, since the ships are pretty much the same as the entrechment ones, so I have already told Nacey where to go for the general direction for the DM. So it should be already in the works, if not I'll finish up on my side and send it over.
as many as you want, however, you might want to watch out for planetary bonus clashing with each other
I believe there was an old one called DOME but it was for very very old sins but it did sorta have the campaign modes....
Actually marketing the game isn't really that hard, all you have to do is to sit in a study room of any university/college, play Sins, and someone is bound to ask you what game you are playing.
Did you update? I am not sure, because I haven't tried it after I updated, but did you update today?
quick i have many a videos on youtube that were recored with hypercam
Lol finally beta? I though there were already in beta stage for a few months already?!
i think the buttons are too big, and I found a bug, if you click a movie on the side, and then return back to the main menu, it gets stuck with the movie on the side and then it would not rotate back to the main area
Yay! great update btw
