ok, I managed to load the script into 3ds max 2009, but it won't work, i tried to load a mesh file, and it just remained the same
Windows XP Service Pack 2 32 bit, .Net Framework 1.5, 2.0 and 3.0 installed.
I have axactly the same versions of windows, and of the .net framework, it should work
Quoting Howdidudothat, reply 2Not to rain on your parade, but isn't this like cheating? I mean, you might as well just increase the AM regen rates, DPS on ships, and hull points. I use the colony ship all the time in multi-player; it is possible to use it correctly. I'm changing it for all races, not just the one I'm using so I guess I'm cheating for the AI as well because they will benefit too. It's not an issue of usin
That's insane!
insane eh, I lagged so hard that it crashed on, lagging 4gb of ram beside that was at my max fleet researched, I went on to having more than 150,000 supply points after what I have here. I'll post my newest fleet pictures, after I can make sure that it would run if I launched. Just got to find ways to squzze more ram. As of now I have the following: 200+ of each frigate and cruisers
TBH i can see why people pirate video games, they don't think game developers get paid for what they do Personally, I pirate games just see if I like it, if I do, I usually will go and buy a legit version instead, that is what i did for sins since there were no demo.
thanx man for the info about pro im sure theres a torrent out there somewhere
just to tell you pro is a software based on licence so even if you get it you would still need to pay
It is where the game is installed at--if you look at your game shortcut, right click it and choose Properties, you'll see the path there that you can go to in windows explorer to find it. By default it is something like C:\Program Files\Stardock\Totalgaming\Sins of a Solar Empire\.
What version of the game are you using? My default is like c:\Program Files\Stardock Games\Sins of Solar Empire\
i just check still says v1.1 so i don't know when, maybe by 5pm est? end of workday? maybe even next week
how can i use convert data and what folder i put in
ok what you do is that you have to learn how to use command line then once you know how to use it, paste the convertdata, into the gameinfo folder ok go to your command prompt, once you started that go to the folder you mod, or where you paste the convertdata, assume you pasted into your gameinfo data in the default<
i though you could use custom fonts, just load them into a folder call fonts. I say put into a font folder cause, in vinalla sins program files folder, there is a folder named fonts, and there inside is a few font, so i guess you don't have to use defualt windows installed fonts
One of 3 Massive Fleets I have :p Also, I can see why the quality of the texture on the ships is so low, lol with all 3 fleets it lagsssssss :p
the thing is that they take too long to fire and for the missiles to hit
Lol pretty much the same for original sins, except for the research update
well, just ignoring the a few words of profanity, grammar and what do you call about puncuations...interesting...to say the least
Those are actual screenshots.
Really, they looked like they are graphically altered
what if you used the change the astroid mesh to the moon meshes?
ok, you can go back into the game, but you just can't start the saved game in which you used to mod or else it will crash, however, you can change the settings file and which can re-enable the mod, the location will differer based on whether you use xp, vista, or linux, or whatever, system you installed it on
deflector shield of course, with weapons getting more and mpore powerful and extra sheilding you can pull can determine whether you win a battle or not
Well since entrenchment is in a cold war era, total stalemate, either everyone is going to developa even more powerful weapon and they have like a massive genocide, and then the survivors will be forced to rebuild, that is where I think the second, and the third expansion will take us
I believe, if you lose your home planet, which in theory be your last planet and you are unable to move your government, you face defeat, but usually by destroying all enemy planets is consider a win condition
For the initial entrenchment release, uninstalling it will remove Sins as well to make sure any files leftover from earlier Sins betas are removed. The beta files initially went in Sins folders and you could only run Entrenchment. Later betas changed that so Sins and Entrenchment could be updated and run independently, but there wasn't a means to cleanup the older betas method short of uninstalling. That's impacting uninstalls of
Another special feature is that they support 4 refineries insted of 3, so they can be quite valuable. They are also still not affected by allegiance penalties for being away from your homeworld, I believe, which means a captured mine can make more than 2-3 mines at a 35% allegiance planet.
but the thing is that i think the cool down period and the speed of the ships that are capturing it so sloooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
