Sins ForumsI played a game last night as Vasari Loyalist, with a friend as TEC Rebel on the same team. He was able to use my phase stabilizers. My understanding is that's only supposed to be an ability for Vasari Rebels and is also supposed to be researched, so I think this is a bug.
