internet usage is a major destraction in its self I work from home for myself so the only one to suffer for distraction is me in the end, but I have scene many places do it but even when I did work for someone else I would just listen to music or read a few stories it would have to be something that really deserved a response other then that it could wait. However calling it stealing is maybe to far unethical, could lose intergrity, against policy yes but stealing I wouldn't go that far. I am
