ok I looked into it again and the issue is that its not finding "start menu" because the skin is called "startmenu". If you search for "startmenu" you will find it, I will try to look into where in the search query this is messed up.

well so you guys know, the My Skins page I've been working on as a replacement for the old one is pretty much completed. I'm working out some bugs now and it should be ready to go tomorrow hopefully. Also the storing of number of skins in your view will be released at the same time. The way it will work is when you manually change the number of skins per page in any gallery it should hold on that number until you manually change it again. Right now it's just holding sk

some updates: I'm still working on a work around for the functionality of the My Skins list. I estimate it being ready to go on Monday, so far I'm making the view show how many comments are on a skin, along with download totals all time and for the day, along with update date and rating. I did notice it doesn't seem to be holding your prior options when you click customize in IE only (it still works, just a pain) so I'm looking into that.

The reason you couldn't login was you still had that old cookie mucking up things.

it looks like the system will need some major changes to accommodate this, I will still try to do it just know it may take a little time. Unfortunately it is not going to be as easy of a fix as I had hoped.

for Bebi Bulma: can you please try clearing your cookies in your browser and try logging in again to wincustomizetest? I'm think your issue must be cookie related, if that doesn't fix it maybe its some option you have turned on in cookie management? If you wipe cookies and it still wont let you login let me know and we can see what else it could be. Also the new skin was given to me to put up by Island Dog :)

yea, make sure to let me know if it seems to be messing up with no forum involvement. Right now it seems to be that is what's causing the problem.

looks like there is a bug with logging in across the forums and the site right now. So you guys know, the forums are a different site and for some reason when you are switching from the forums (forums.wincustomizetest.com) to WCtest itself (wincustomizetest.com) its losing your login info.

we changed the login system a while back to work cross site, however, when this happened it may have created conflicts with the login cookie that existed from the previous login system. Thus if you had your information saved you would have trouble logging in, the fix for it is to clear your cookies in your browser (if you don't know how let me know what browser you use and I will help you out). ok I think there should be a fix in for this now on the servers... let us know if you are still having this issue, the fix was for a bunch of different places and its possible that this is being caused by a separate issue (unlikely but possible).

ok I'm looking into all these issues... the pain is that it seems to not always behave the same way :P hard to diagnose.... for you guys that are having problems, next time you have an issue with it can you try doing a control f5 refresh (clearing your cache), if it shows up right then its probably a caching issue (which hopefully I can fix), otherwise its somewhere on the server. update: ok after looking into this I think I've partially fixed w
