Can you please follow this link in Internet Explorer: http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/enumerate_startup.bat save the file, run it, and attach the log file (named startup.log) it generates on the desktop to a return e-mail? Can you also please go to Start->Run(or Start Search in Vista) and type 'dxdiag' and hit enter.
