No response from tech support or forums in Galactic Civilizations II Stardock Forums

I have not received any response either on forums or tech support and gcbug report concerning the "Apocalypse" scenario on my Ultimate Edition refusing to end after defeating all the Dread Lords. I see multiple postings on this issue, with no real solution offered. Are they just tired of addressing this bug and are now ignoring further inquiries on it? ARGH!!!! I did the patch, every one I could find. Spent HOURS doing the stupid "Apocalypse" AGAIN! Still will not end after wiping out the Dread Lords! I have the Ultimate Edition. Is there anything that works?
