There will apparently be a demo available sometime... but you shouldn't hold your breath. You can do what many other people did and try it through other means. The only thing to remember is you shouldn't play single player too much, because it will get boring if you just play against AI all the time.

FACE PALM On another note, I think that at least the snare ought to be removed from Bite. The snare combined with Bat Swarm makes it impossible to get away if you don't start running very, very early.

Bite is really very powerful. I mean - it's very high damage, leeches health, instant (but melee), reduces armor by a considerable amount AND is a powerful snare. Can you please clarify about being able to play with people who aren't using the beta build, when you are? Also, is GPG working on the alt-tab crashes? (if you alt tab 5 times, you are guaranteed to crash at least once)
The archive you created can only be restored on the same account it was created on. Are you trying to restore it on another account? You can temporarily log in on the other computer and restore the archive, as the game will start later even if Impulse is not running, and you can LAN.
Don't be stupid. P2P refers to BitTorrent. The "we don't support it" thing should be taken literally - they will not give you support if you have trouble with it. Those that just want a quick look can check YouTube or GameTrailers. If you didn't use Windows Movie Maker, you would be able to split the files in 200MB pieces for uploading to GameTrailers. People who really want to watch it can download the big file. In any case, at the very least, you should've waited until they were all uploaded before posting.
Alt-tab crashes. Very easy to reproduce, just keep alt-tabbing...
There's really no choice. You get owned if you don't use the towers as an "invisible" wall early game if you're playing against a team with heavy damage dealers.
