There isn't a changelog, unless you count the developer journals which, from the looks of it, you haven't bothered reading. There have been no changes to gameplay up til this point due to SD/GPG being focused entirely on solving the connectivity issues the game is having.
The game is getting boring because its always the same in conquest mode. Who upgrades the citadell faster wins. Its so unambitious, change the strength and number of creeps please. And reduce the amout of money earned by DG kills.
I thought about ranting, but then I realized he probably won't read this thread again and has moved on to other threads to spread his horrible ideas.
Yeah, bash those AIs, show them your leet talent.
You know, they invented this little thing called "crowd control" in games. It refers to abilities that demobilize, debilitate, slow, confuse, and shackle other players for a certain period of time. If you are playing against a Sedna, you have but 1 chance to kill it: Disrupt it when it tries to heal. It's not hard to guess when a Sedna will heal, once they drop below half you should already be reaching for that stun skill. If no one on your team deigned to grab a stun skill, you deserve to lo
Everytime I see a thread that decries Regulus, I get a little shiver down my spine. He's not the only Demigod that can make use of this 'feature', IMO stop trying to TP out at 200 HP and you'll never have this problem. As lovable Paul Barnett from Warhammer Online once quoted: "Anyone who kills me must be cheating, and anyone I kill just sucks at the game".
Were any of you alt-tabbing while in fullscreen mode? If not, this is a new breed of crash.
As a general rule of thumb, while playing Demigod, do not alt-tab back to desktop. I've been in touch with someone from SD on this issue, it's schizophrenic to replicate and only seems to happen while in a multiplayer lobby or in a multiplayer game. Under such circumstances. avoid alt-tabbing back to desktop at all costs, for the exact cause of the crash has yet to be determined. If you feel an insatiable need to look at other windows while playing the game, go to your video options and
For those of you pirates who read this and feel a measure of sudden understanding as to why your ratio sucks during the aforementioned hours, consider yourselves enlightened. I already railed one Bell Tech Support guy out for preventing me from enjoying my game the way every other person does. Won me a few months free service and a promise that they'll 'look into it'. I expect no results, but at least I'm getting free internet that I didn't have to crack or steal.
Read the developer journals plzthx.
You clearly don't read the developer journals. QQ thread over.
The overall control of the DGs in this game is lacking. You've highlighted the two main issues, aside from some horrible pathing issues and not being able to navigate corners properly. Like you said, only thing you can do is adapt to it.
L2patience. Patches. 'nuff said.
The game ran horribly on my system, until I changed the Audio Fidelity to Low. That fixed it for me.
Stats don't count if a player leaves the game before it ends. Not only that, but the rankings are going to be reset as soon as all this connection huzzbah is fixed.
I'm assuming then that you've disabled any firewalls on your own PC as well as your router?
There is only one fix, kick yourself for not thinking of it: Play in windowed mode.
The best way to play Torch is to use all 6 of his abilities in one combo. Whether you start with Fire or Ice is irrelevant, it's the versatility that makes you dangerous. Since his direct damage abilities don't get mitigated by armor, you don't even need to auto-attack.
10. This bug has persisted since Beta 1 - skills and auto-attack will fail to proc until you abort by moving, at which point the skill is available again. I and my allies have lost kills or failed to prevent them in Every. Single. Game. due to this bug. It will suck when a tournament player loses because of it. In the finals. On live TV.And I complain about it in Every. Single. Game. Srsly.
Over the course of the next few days, I'll be compiling the base stat progression for every Demigod in the game. The data will be compiled into an easy to read format for those of you who care about such numbers. Keep an eye on this thread for more information. Rook (Current project) Compiling... Regulus Compiling...</
1) There is a bug with favour that causes it to jump up and down like a kid on a skipping rope. Do not be alarmed by this, if you unlock a favour item with Favour Points, then buy it in-game with gold, that item will be permanently unlocked across all of your Demigods for the rest of your life. To access the item in another game, just equip it as normal. 2) There are a lot of problems with connectivity right now, the error you're talking about is not being able to connect to the NAT F
Are you running the install file from your My Documents folder? Check the download location, and move it to your root D:/ drive. I had another game that would not install properly even though I had 579GB free, merely because it was in My Documents when I ran it.
It's amazing how much of an outlet for negativity towards the game forums can become. I've never died to a mass minion rush, and yes, it's happened. Either chain AoE or, start stacking your own minions. This isn't any more fair than summoning 10 spirits with Oak and then hiding them in your base so you get the retarded damage boost from having all 10 summoned with Spirit Power. OHDAMN I LET THE SECRET OUT.
I run a Sedna build that does not use minions at all, and I'm currently 8-0 with it in Custom Games, and yes, I usually am 1st or 2nd for most kills and least deaths. You don't need minions for certain builds, Generals have 2 types of skills: Those that damage, and those that bolster. Obvious, yes, but your reliance on minions will be relative to how heavily you spend your points in either category.

Connectivity online is basically pulling teeth. Frogboy mentioned that this week they would be rolling out a proxy server-based system that would eliminate the cause of all the connection issues, the direct peer-to-peer connections each and every player has to have with each other. Otherwise the game is tons of fun.
