Can someone point me to tutorials/faqs/docs to learn how to use SDPlayer? I can't seem to get the volume slider to work right; once selected, it just follows my mouse all over the screen, I can't *set* it to a position.

Thanks, I went over and found source code which leads me very quickly to the conclusion I'm out of my league, lol!!! I think I'll stick to cosmetic changes, grin.

Can somebody tell me how to add virtual desktops to desktopx? I seem to recall seeing something like this in some themes, but can't remember which ones. just a link to any theme that uses it would be helpful..I can figure it out from there. Thanks in advance!

Tried to upload a screenshot, which was rejected because I included a thumbnail. Went to upload just the fullsize, but the submission won't go thru without a preview image. I'm guessing I'm just dense and not getting it.....can someone clarify? thanks!

Tutorials Please! in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Hello all, very new here and having bunches of fun playing with desktopx. So far I've been able to grab individual objects out of a variety of themes and mush them together for my own. But now I'm itching to do something from scratch, and am hoping someone can point me to tutorials on making objects/working with png and alpha transparency/etc. The stuff here is SO great and creative, and I love many of the themes, but I can't help but notice that there are extremely few *feminine* style
