A game reviewers job is not to predict the future. Their job is to give an accurate review of the version of a game that they receive as a review copy. In this sense, I find the Gamespot review to be pretty fair. I would honestly rate it a bit lower based on my current personal experience with the game (at least this reviewer got it to run). I haven't played a game that needed patching this badly at launch since Daggerfall.

Disclaimer: This is not a troll topic or flame bait or a topic about bashing stardock or demigod. I just want to know how one goes about getting this refund that Stardock offers for games that do not work on your computer. This game does not work on my computer. It wont even start. My only disappointment with the game stems from the fact that this particular multiplayer centric game has a multiplayer mode that barely even functions at this point. Fix does not work. Tried both disabling the quickcam system tray icon and then disabling all startup programs as chaos suggested. Game still will not start. I'm about to return this 40 dollar beer coaster.
