Actually, that's what I thought when I first read it too, but this isn't the same thing. The parenthetical statement at the end describes the situation they're talking about. They're talking about when everyone is connected the game attempts to start, but players get kicked from the game at the very beginning. In the circumstances I described above, the game doesn't even attempt to start, it just idles there forever.

I've noticed this as well - most recently in a 5 on 5 domination match - I was the lone human on my team with four comp assistants, playing against three humans and two comps (terrible odds to begin with). The comps moved around and attempted to capture objectives/kill opposing demigods until about halfway through the match, then it's like their AI just shut down. Just loaded the new update. There's an issue that still really, really needs to be addressed - if someone drops while connecting or is ejected, the game will not start regardless of how long you wait. All you can do is cancel and hope the next connection is the lucky one. This just has to be fixed - it's been an issue since day 1 and it's maddening to see five people connected to each other and nothing happen because someone dropped. <p

Oh yeah, I know how to tell when a player is human or computer controlled - I'm commenting on the how frequently a Pantheon game is comprised mostly of computer controlled characters rather than having human players in there.

Pantheon down? in Demigod Technical Support Demigod Forums

Hey guys, Did you take Pantheon down for maintenance? I'm getting the following message directly after clicking 'Pantheon': "Unable to find Tournament in Reactor" This is shown in front of the screen that normally shows Favor Points and total demigods for each side, but no information is displayed. I was able to play over the weekend, so I just wanted to make sure I didn't miss an update or something similar.

Hey all - just a couple answers based off of my experiences: Javaslinger, if you get a blank dialog box during a Pantheon game search, you will also have a "connection info" box in the bottom right corner. Click on that box and you'll see another box pop up like the one shown in the first post. You can watch as the other human players connect with you and each other.
