Has anyone made a mod that's like Asimov's Foundation books where you are technologically superior, and its only humans and stuff?

Idea for tec unit models in Sins Modding Sins Forums

Are there any? Also would like Foundation inspired ships. something like this, but says something like "Seldon", or Hardin. Would have it more military, you know with like cannons
