...An option to kick players who are feeding or just suck compliments this so you can get someone else in...
This has been discussed before and I believe it's not possible based on the technology Demigod uses, called Peer 2 Peer, rather than the technology Left 4 Dead uses, called Client/Server. Being as this game is synched, the game would literally have to pause once a player has left, wait till a new player is located, download the entire match h

You still have 22 according to me Stacked, might have just been a glitch. And Auro, the Karma system is there. If it doesn't work, this means something is wrong and needs to be addressed.

Sorry, I misread the question. My fault. I believe a No-Demigod stacking policy should apply, for the resons I've already stated.

Snipe, as used in my example, would be capable of bringing down any Demigod regardless of Build. To counter this Snipe Stacking, you'd be forced to play a specific way - stacking HP, for example - and any Demigod who enhances this play style becomes the preferable Demigod to handle the situation.
No it doesn't. Effectiveness of one build against another is a spectrum, not a binary. One need not be the direct counter to X in order to have a decent chance of defeating X. One need only not be directly countered by X. Therefore if X counters Y which counters X which counters X, and the opponent chooses XX, probably any combination that isn't YY will have a decent chance.
Demigod doesn't use a Rock/paper/scissors approac

I find GG is used in two different ways. It is, as listed above, a sign of respect. Like posting 'GL HF' at the start if a match - meaning Good Luck Have Fun - is just a way of saying 'No hard feelings, we all played well'. However, in Starcraft - with it's 'Ima pro smashing t3h n00bs' mentality that dominates it's online multiplayer community - most people only post 'GG' - being Good Game - when they've obliterated their opponent or won the game. Most often, you'll see 'GG nubs' or s
First impressions: The entire concept of the game is a rip off of Warcraft: Frozen throne player made mod games. The only thing that keeps online play interesting is the ladder, or would be the ladder, if the game was balanced. It's not. Unbalanced DG's, unbalanced teams, broken experience and matching system that is all too happy to add AI. This game is still in beta stage at best.
No real reply is needed t

Multiplayer Online Battle Arena doesn't even make sense. Multiplayer and Online aren't needed in the same acronym - not to mention that the game has LAN support which destroys designating this game as 'Online'. Any game like Quake 3, Unreal Tournament or Tribes falls into this category as well as any competitive multiplayer game who's maps or levels have barriers thus designating them as Arenas. Also, this thread was successfully ended 30 replies before my own.

I think it offers an interesting alternative to the other maps, and a lot of the strategies employed on other maps don't work as well or exactly the same as they do on prison due to the removal of the lanes. Having said that, it's not really one of my favourites - however I don't have any real objections to it.

I could come up with equally arbitrary reasons why any combination of DGs is "lame" for one reason or another (too much damage! too many stuns! too much burst! too much defense! boring to use! boring to play against!). Conclusion: there is no "lame." There is only effective and ineffective (and whiners, I

IGN has posted an interview with Dustin Browder , Starcraft II's lead designer. I found it interesting to read how the game was approached and the thinking behind it, and how it's focus is more on the hardcore players than the casual crowd although they are striving to appease both. I find it rather interesting that the issue of online only mutliplayer wasn't addressed, as it was recently announced that Starcraft II wo

Well, the maths of it simple - if you cap their Cooldown flag it's effects are magnified by 2 due to the fact that they started with it. They lose it, and you gain it. If neither team started with one, it's effects aren't as profound.

I've ran this on two different machines and experienced equal abbort boxes, error codes, and just suddenly locking up on both of em. I have a friendslist of around 30 people, and I don't know of a single one of them that has no crashes or lockups, and we all have pretty different machines and configurations. Some do have it less than others, to a point where it does become virtually non intrusive, exc

Personally, I think doubles of any class has both it's advantages and disadvantages like any other combination of Demigods. My issue comes mainly with three Demigods; Unclean Beast, Regulus and Sedna. Unclean Beast's Spit ability is a harrasment tool, it allows UB to do damage to their target while being able to pull back. There are a few counters to Spit in and of itself and usually, Spit is fine. However, when we're talking about Spit Stacking the damage output of the combination mo

The channel itself can be accessed outside of Demigod by other IRC chat programs. Literally any IRC program that enables you to change channels can log you into it. Adding Demigod to the name prevents people from being confused about what the channel is for. That, and because that's what it was called when it was created.
