Wasn't sure where to post this, so I thought I might as well post it here. I just played a Pantheon game where there were no enemy Demigods. I had a human ally, but there was no one on the opposing team. No AI, No Human players, no one. Took less than 5 minutes to finish the game - two Erebuses so we were a little slow on the Towers. I'm guessing this isn't working as intended?

If you've upgraded to the Beta, you'll have a smaller pool of players to play with which might have something to do with it. Also, might I suggest trying Custom Games as well? A lot of people like to set up their own matches as opposed to let the Match System, which is a work in progress, do the decision making.

A simillar discussion is taking place here . Side note: I find it interesting when DotA players complain about a small amount of content considering DotA has exactly one Map.

Just a quick one, can we please have added to the mini map the ole' N, S, E and W. It's kind of hard to say "Need help on left" with a fully rotateably camera, it would be much easier to say "Need help on East". Just a thought, thanks.

I wrote "that game". Typing the actual name of the game anywhere on the internet triggers a warning light at an undisclosed location, from which hundreds of Secret Agents are dispatched to 'silence' the person writing the name in a bid to finally remove this game from all knowledge. I believe this is the last we will ever see of Mr Craig Fraser [e digicons]:'([/e]
I guess what I'm going for is that not all complexity brings depth. Eve online is notorious of this. There are like 100s of guns you could fit into your ship, but really they add very VERY little depth to the game since it doesnt really matter that much to how you use your ship if you have for example 425mm rails or tachys.
I can understand your point, however Demigod isn't an overly complex game, it's just deep.
I would ask that you really try to restrain yourself from flaming other people. It's okay for someone to think something is unbalanced or what the game should be more like some other game. If that person has a valid point, it can come through intelligent discussion. Similarly, if a valid counter point can be made, intelligent discussion is the way there. So please, don't call people names or insult people who don't agree with you. Thanks.
<p

The glass that makes up his skin is cracked and brittle, with shards crumbling away from him at all times. within the cracks, you can see into his incadescent core. When he uses some of those abilities, THEN he becomes a mas of violent energy and flying shards.
Thats actually paints a very cool image, and I agree with your comment abo

They're probably sitting at their computer, right now, reading my idea thinking " Whoa, wait a sec.. we don't have to model a whole new character for this one - throw together a basic particle system and we're done. Approved "

Key binds for Chat Messages ala Counter-Strike could be helpful, however I think the inclusion of VOIP is really going to be the turning point. Although, if World of Warcraft was any indication, sometimes hearing someone is the worst thing you can do :( Personally, I ask my teams mates at the start of the game if they have any plans, and go from there. If there are none, I kind of wing it and play it by ear - if one of them has a general strat, I'm happy to go their way. I'm no expert

Demigod Description: Assassin. The Shattered One is all that remain of a Demigod who has transcended the physical plane and has become a multi-dimensional being. People who don't communicate. At all. The keyboard is RIGHT THERE, use it! Players who purchase each additional creep set as soon as possible. XP feeding FTL! Players who spend all of their gold ... on something. They don't seem to do better in combat, they're not buying Citadel upgrades... wtf are they spending it on?

This is a basic strategy. Assuming your enemy has stacked speed, they've forsaked three inventory spots which could provide valuable attributes else where - HP and Mana plus regen, Armour, DPS - and are at a disadvantage. The counter is to strack what they didn't - you only get one or two hits before they're off like the wind, so you need to make them count. I'd like to see slowing effects altered rather than speed effects - instead of slowing your enemy by a certain amount, lower you

1) SPORE. Man I was looking forward to this game - I could have forgiven all the short comings of all the stage if Space stage had of been what was promised. They're now releasing expansion packs adding in all the features that were taken out of the game. 2) Command and Conquer - Tiberium Wars on Xbox 360. I thought maybe an RTS would be ok on the next gen consoles. Man, was I wrong. 3) Heroes of Mana on Nintendo DS. Great RTS game, except they left out the li

I think the abilities are a little overpowered, and the idea of continual health loss is something I'd need to see in Action to gauge how good/bad it would be, but the idea is certainally unique and judging from your description would play like a cross between UB, Rook and TB resulting a fairly unique gameplay style. I like it [e digicons][/e]

1) What exactly are the things that contribute to War Score and the most significant way to accelerate it? Miyamiya is correct, flag control is directly responsible for your War Score speed. 2) What are all the differences that occur between "Easy", "Normal", "Hard" and "Nightmare" AI opponents? The main difference is item and abilitie usage - the tactics they employ are identical from what I can see. The more difficult the setting, the more

From looking at your image, it looks as if your device is forwarding your ports to an IP automatically - I couldn't see a section where to enter your IP Address. Not sure if this is going to be a problem or not, but try it and see what happens. In the "Source Ports" fields enter '6000' in the first box and '6200' in the second, and the same again in the "Destination Ports". This should open all the needed ports for Demigod. Also, in your Demigod install folder on your harddriv
