There is going to be a 'large empire UI' update coming in the next few weeks. Hopefully it will mitigate some of the micro you are unhappy with. Personally I just go through each planet and cue up buildings on each one all 124 of them. This is part of the game which has been a hallmark of 4x ga

I am seeing this as well. My current game is using the Galactic Star Trek Mod. Not sure if there is anything in there to cause it.
1.81 is in testing and should be announced shortly. We are also now Developing Crusade in Tandem, but will be continue to patch the base game pretty regularly until it's release next year.
Something tells me Paul that you are going to need more help as you are 'rebuilding' from the ground up the entire game. While I am very VERY excited for our beloved game I can't help but think you
Horemvore...i just remembered...Did you do something to the UPN voting? When it came time to viote on chairman I was not even represented. ..
Well the buildings you build from the thalan tech tree xeno anthropology gave influence and diplomo per turn...did you remove the dilpomo per turn?
Did you remeove all diplomacy points from the Thalan tech tee?
The precoursor relics are fine as they are. However what needs to be done is for the ai to make the effort to grab them. If they did that then we all would be on equal footing. I have petitioned for an entire 'Pirates' DLC which creates Pirates as a mobile interactive Minor with sub factions (Horemvores
Hmmm, Summer is July August... FALL would be September with the onset of School. (Argues for a sooner release date......)
Ground invasions and the 'mini game' we had with it went away temporarily. It will return with the expand-alone that will arrive next year in Spring. At least that was what we here have been told by Stardock. Rest assured we will get the invasions back which a great many folks are looking forward to.&nb
I have never once ever needed for money in over 1000 hours of play. What difficulty are you playing on? I play on Gifted. What size maps are you playing on? In fact in the all the games I play I rarely build more than say 6 7 ship battle fleets. That's it. I leave the majority of my planets 'undefended' as I like the thought of them tempting the ai and him DoWing me for them. I just stroll on over
I know its not on the table but.... Each weapon needs a specialty component that is like the shield punch/ shield leech. ... and.... <span style="font-family: &#
I would like you to boost Military star base hit points to 1200. (End game maxed). They really should be BETTER than a super dreadnought and require a full fleet to remove. That has been my position for years but folks do not want to deal with the 'tough nut to crack'.... <
Of Course now it makes sense to have 3 lines of ships.. Capital long range are now designated as 'support' (the stay way back and fire at range using missiles or augmented beams) Gaurdians which hang back with the 'new Capital support ships).... Escorts which are now Capitals (seems like everything ignores capitals but attacks them since they are closer) which race into the heart of the fight or make them escorts or assaults...they get up fro
Horemvore. I am going to finish my Star Trek game. It will likely be another week (maybe) and Ill remove all your mods and reDL an updated GST. What if i DONT want the ship priorities changed? It seem very confusing on organizing my ships. Now it feels LIke I should just make all the ships as Gua
Horemvore, Are you or anyone able to 'motivate' our Pirates? In vanilla the ai will build 'many' pirate ships and park them a tile or two from the pirate shipyard and they will stay there the entire game. WAAAAAAAAY back in ancient history, pirates used to drive ACROSS the galaxy just to annoy y
Horemvore, I see you tinkered with the Space Pirates. I lost my survey on the first turn, (lol). So is that the reason why we have basic ships without the tech to build them? I usually will hit up a graveyard
From a performance perspective I am hoping that we can see 'insane maps' for Civilization like we do here for Gal Civ III. The DX12 optimizations 'should' help both ai processing and late game turn time processing. The only ones who have a true grip on how DX12 would help a 4x game would be Frogboy and the folks at Firaxis. <span style="font-family: 'comic sans ms', s
Horemvore, So the 'embassy' we get does not give a 1 point per turn like it used to or it does but we can only build one building? I get that we are making the diplomacy game HARDER, that is fine. My typical tech path was to rush to Embassies to plant them on a few planets to OFFSET the inevitable DOWs that come 100 turns into the game. I take it this will no longer help nor is it even a good path to follow anymore. Your Borg are a bit Over p
I just fired up a new game today and changed a few things in your mod. I just modded a bit of the sensors (I liked sensor boats) and changed the shield punch value to 1 so that it always punches through 100% shields. Youi say the Borg are assholes? Great!! I love to stumble over jerks in game! Love it! I cant wait to meet em!
Greetings folks. I am excited for Civ VI and looking forward to November. Today this was released and I am not sure about two things stated here.. Perhaps Frogboy can chime in on what this means...
They will zoom to anomalies fast but the guarded ones are almost never discovered by them.
Altarians....The 'Gandhi' of Gal Civ III..Peace love and harmony one moment, Multiple inbound nukes the next....
I keep coming back to this topic. I am eyeing a 1080 GTX and wanted to know if anyone is running GCII in 4K? Also is there a step up from 1080p but below 4K that also looks 'amazing'? What monitors are you
An interesting note about precourser worlds... Some have special abilities like: <
From previous Developer posts the Ai does NOT have Fog of War on Gifted and above and thus 'starts' the game knowing the location of every habitable planet. This really pissed me off but now I have read that only the last two tiers have the FOW removed. <span style="font-family: &#
