Touche! Good one....but I more meant that people are now totally desensitized to that. It wont WIN him votes, but I doubt it will lose him any votes.

Another good idea would be to disallow rating a reply that is older than a certain age. This way no one can ever go back into a hundred different replies you've made and vote them as trolling.

I never used to trim my pubes until a friend of mine explained that he did his. He said to me "I dont like when a girl doesnt keep herself trimmed, why would I ask her to put up with it" Ever since then i trim (but i dont shave, it gets itchy) You sound like your in high school, so I wouldnt go near your teacher...he could go to jail!!! Also if your life was that much of a mess it's just a natural emtion to cling to someone who helped you. That doesnt make it healthy or th

Y ou think this will damage him? pffft People loved Clinton (even outside the country) regardless of his intern problem. IN fact i think alot of people looked at that event as humanizing.

You're a fool, thanks for playing. You sound like every other teen age kid who doesnt understand things and makes arguements without any valid points or hard facts. Congradulations.

Not for nothing....but don't think this is *purely* the a random act of kindness to the internet in general. There's lots of advantages to running a site full of information, political advocacy, and top ranking on search engines. Dig? Not that there's anything wrong with that, but don't get on a high horse that this is all some benevolent effort with no other intentions behind it. Otherwise you'd be fooling yourself as much as the whiners :)

Well the question is about if gays should be able to be married. This means that in some ways the law differenciates between marriage...and what gays are allowed to do. They SHOULDN'T be treated any differently. If legally they are the same, then why should a gay civil union be called marriage. Or for that matter, the government look at a marriage any only consider them civil unions. Also remember that the issue isnt just with a legal re

I'd like to see some sort of "users choice award". Even if it's not officially in the contest, maybe a poll on WinCustomize for registered users (with accounts older than X days). I'd just like to to be able to make my vote heard I think :) I'd even offer to do some original scripting of DesktopX objects to match the winning theme. Alot of skinners I talk to can design but not code, but they all seem to have interesting ideas for DX but dont know how to do them....or even doubt it

The real question is: Why is a marriage looked at differently from a legal stand point than civil-union to begin with. If civil union is the same thing legally....but marriage is a religious institution then the government will eventually be barred from treating them differently because of seperation of church and state. Might not agree with it, but it WILL happen. On a side note...i had a gay roommate for a year and he liked to refer to h

Also I should say I'm not at all being overly senseitive about this. I'm really not much of a family orientated person at all. I generally only see family other than immidate (siblings, and parents) on holidays. Not that I don't love them, just never had strong bonds with family in general. And yet, it still irks the hell out of me that what *IS* there with my family is somehow lessened.

I think if you find out how to just accept her for what she is...and like her for it....that you'll eventually realize you're the better person for it. No matter what is said about you from then on, it wont affect you because you'll "know". My father can be a real selfish prick. I know this. I love my father. My sister, on the other hand, no longer speaks to my father. It's because of something he did long ago, which was, admittedly selfish. But see, she doesn't understand that s

Personally I'd like to set my own criteria. One thing I'd like to see in a premium JoeUser site is the ability to put a poll in a blog post..... take that a little bit further and I could have a small 5-10 question survey of a user before they're allowed to post. Only if they score above X could they post. However I wouldnt really want that criteria for EVERY post i mean....so perhaps a custom audience would be defined. What i m

You love your sister? It sounds like you love her for selfish reasons and don't love her for the person she is. "I love her but i neve rknow how ot get in touch with her"....."Why can't she be *REAL*" I'm sure your very upset that your sister doesnt conform to being in the places you think she should, and acting the way you think is "real". You do sound condecending.

all that time with computers seems to have built up alot of anger. I assue you that the human race is doing all they can to advance technologically. These things take time though.

btw, that wasnt meant to "rip you up" in the least, just tryign to give lots of input. Also I wasnt suggesting you distribute an HTML resume...but that you have one available.

One thing I recommend..... If you're listing yourself as intermediate in HTML....then where's your resume in HTML format? It's rare that I do any interviewing being that I'm a contractor, but often times I'm asked to "tech someone out", which means when they come in, give them a decent grilling and make sure they're not full of shit. Being from the contracting side, my opinions might be different than typical HR hiring procedure; th

The flaw in your arguement is that if god DOES know everything....omniscience....then he already knows WHICH path you are going to chose, making all the other paths im possible.

So I don't get it. You say WMD stock piles weren't the core issue. Then you use something by Bill Clinton that is all about WMD to back up your claim? The reason is not what matters. What matters is that this is the first time a "real" war was done by the US pro-actively....that is not in response to someone else's request for assistance. That' my friend is the real issue, and the issue that scares the rest of the world.
