Dont explain your sarcasm!!! That takes all the fun out. Spanking is fine *IF* it's reserved for the times that they're REALLY bad. If you spank them just when they get a little out of line, that's when it's abuse and they grow to resent it. I agree with Messy that all punishment borders on abuse whether physical or mental it doesnt matter. I might even argue that mental abuse is worse: "You were bad and now you can't go to your friend's birthday party with all the other

One question, when a blog shows total point and "last 30"..... Does that mean: Points given to the last 30 posts Points given in the last 30 days Points given to posts that were made in the last 30 days

"a large part of the allure women hold for men is about the places where they're not skinny." I couldnt have said that better myself! I dont like a girl who's chubby all around, but thick in the right places is fun stuff! That was the main comment on wanted to make cause I liked that line when i read it. To the rest of it I say: "Yes, all of that...and then some"

You'd make a great politician, you completely avoided answering the question entirely. Let me ask it again without the last part: Can you address why we don't send them the means to make their own DDT?

So yea, when it comes to actually HELPING people, it's conservatives, ot liberals doing the helping. I'll agree with that in a way. It's the right's job to do the work and make the effort, and the left's job to make sure they dont get out of line and step on your rights, or your pets, in the process.

How bout this....if the right REALLY cared about those people, they'd send them the money to build their own factories to make their own DDT, and kill their own birds. But it's really not about saving lives, it's about making money. They want to SELL them the chemicals, not provide them with a permanent solution.

Ok that whole thing made my head spin. But in the last paragraph you said: "To remember the intention is not to create art, but to pass on feeling with a medium." And to me this is the simple truth. All the rest of that is utter nonsense because it is the every-day man that determines if something is indeed artistic, NOT the art enthusiest. Simply because there arent enough people so interested in art....even if all of them were love it, it's too small a sample to c

Good stuff. One thing I noticed in school was that even though teachers would stop and ask "are there any questions", it was rare that the classroom environment had the mood that students would feel comfortable asking a question. Regardless of how they said it it usually came out sounding more like "you dont have any questions do you?" And this is coming from someone who didnt really have any trouble learning, just something I noticed.

Something you might want to know. Jesus never said he was THE song of God. He said he was A son of god. But the translators changed it to say THE son of god, that's why it's in italics. And he several times explained that everyone else was a son of god as well (as did the scriptures previous to his existance) When you realize that, everything he taught, becomes a little bit more generic, meaing it and makes a hell of alot more sense.

I think he's got the right idea. Surely the best way to run against Mr. Bush would be to actually have some personality, no? :)

They are all valid points, but I have to say that any time you point out something like this, you only serve to widen the gap between whites and minorities. As long as you distiguish the social differences between races, you help define and perpetuate them.
