Doesn't this make another problem with Crucible worse though? Games can already take forever because there's only one lane and the portal flag is already hard to get to.

As with any game, the manual gives you various ways to contact help. The PDF manual gives you the forums in addition to an email address . The retail manual probably gives a phone number as well. Even when you ask for help around here, the mods will usually redirect you to [email protected]. In other words, the forums are not the main means of getting technical help.
