Most likely they got stuck on some far-off corner of the map. If you find some of your minions missing try using a teleport scroll to get them together again. Also, a replay of the match would help if you have it.
Might as well expand this with some starting stats: Speed: 6.0 Hps: 2.51 Mps: 3.11 Health: 1500 Mana: 1092 Armor: 300 Weapon Damage: 149-165 Attack Time: 1.35
Both abilities only hit a target once, so if there's only one enemy in range you will warp only once, even if you have 4 warps. I'm sure this is intended, it says so in the ability description. And I believe you're talking about Warp Area, not Warp Strike, which only affects a single target, once.
I've been skipping shadow swap for warp area and precision. But yes, the mana costs are rather high. It'd be nice if one of his passives gave mana, that would make it a lot more useful.

They seem to have animation bugs, and GPG/SD aren't sure how balanced they are, so they want select players to beta test them first before going public. As for unlocking them for the AI, they probably just wanted to give us an idea of how they play. Although I wouldn't mind being able to play them in single player, not sure why that might be a problem, but whatever.
