You can "win" the game (victory dialog comes up) if you kill all opposing players while you have a peace treaty in effect with your ally. If you have a peace treaty in effect with two players but they do not have one with each other, then it gets complicated....

[quote who="godoggo" reply="12" id="2426828"] Quoting HellishFiend, reply 10I find that for Advent, fleets are a necessity for major battles, unless I'm just mopping up, then I disband temporarily. I dont play TEC or Vasari very much, but when you look at how many of the Advent's synergistic abilities rely on close proximity, not forming a fleet is just madness. I agree, but it can be frustrating because the ships are rarely attacking and instead are reforming

Well, he couldnt even get the download to start because he couldnt accept the EULA. He could, however, start a download via the "archive" option. The archive download finished, but now that he got past the EULA, for some reason his archive wont install. It's a moot point I guess, because he's almost done downloading it again.
He eventually got the EULA to load, but now the archive he downloaded (while trying to get the EULA to work) somehow went bad and he has to download it again... Hoo boy..
A friend of mine just bought the game and cant accept the EULA. It does this: The accept box is greyed out and unclickable. How the heck can he get past this so he can play? [e digicons]-_-[/e] Please help. [e digicons]:'([/e] [e digicons]:(O[/e]
