I have lots of little apps on my iTouch. It is convenient because I could not see them being practical on a laptop. My touch is so small that it's kind of like a primitive tricorder when you custom load it with the practical and productive stuff you need for work. I do want an iPad to replace my iTouch's role, mainly for the bigger screen and books, so I can pull up technical data on demand. So... Development at a desk with a Windows PC, maintenance in t

Before we get started, my position on balance. I think all useless skills should be brought up to tier 1 levels. And the things people complain as overpowerd (UB tier 1 skills etc...) should be left alone. It will be easier to balance this way. If all the skills are so good that you want them all, that it a good thing. eg: UB does have useless skills too, like bestial wrath, which should be improved to be competitive with the other skill choices. On to Queen, her

I would be more concerend about players with 60-65% wins if I was making a beginner/mid game, these are the players that are good because they play other good players. (Their % score breaks down in reality as 50/50 win loss against other good players and 90%+ win against mid or lower players) 150+ games, 70%+ wins, Chances are they are desychers / n00b stompers unless you recognize the name.
re: Slaughter mode. LE needs to die 1st to drop a potion. Although you can kill yourself on LE's potion to win the game, I am having trouble seeing how this could be a viable tactic to exploit over the course of a game... especially if you see them do it once, then you realize you better start chugging down those potions as soon as LE dies. Also this might be another suicide bug for ooze in slaughter mode? Getting killed by forces of darkness/light increments the vic
This is why I love Stardock and GPG. This is great news and I can't wait for the inevitable surge of demigod gaming when this patch is released. Any chance we can help beta test it before it is released? More eyes are better for this.
Where it is broken Oh yeah. Totally.
Sorry if my posts are confusing. I am writing from my perspective in my dialog with ptarth. I can see how it might seem ambiguous if you look at 1 post out of all of them on this topic. For clarity, my position. 1) Suicide is broken. Suicide should give out assists when it occurs. 2) Poison Blood is broken, If LE drinks his own potion, it s
OK, let's plan this. What time is good for people who want to do this? I am usually most available on Saturdays.Would this be a good day? Are we going to meet on vent and then just start Pantheon pugging? Might be fun to all be all in the same chan and make funny comments about the games we are in. Bring beer, we can try out Taco's drinking game too. :D
I think potion bait works better, most people can count HPs and figure out if you have favor or not. It can work nice with QoT, people just want to chase and kill her. I think it's the boobs, but it might be the skewed perception that QoT is a bad demigod early game... regardless, wounded QoT suddenly becomes very mean when she picks BoTF and Shields next to her tower.

Armor: standard best item you can buy with most hp/armor gain. Boots: unbreakable boots Gloves: wraps slayers (I hate buying dmg gloves but X2 dmg and +10 hp makes it the prefer choice if I have too) trinkets: Narmoths ring helmet: some mana helm (Waste for me since I usually go BOTS bui

You do realize that Uproot deals 1100 damage at level 2 (not Uproot II. Uproot I + Compost I), right? It has the range of fireball too, and has a very minor mana cost (roughly 30% cheaper than Spit). BoTS beast starts out a bit weaker from a ruggedness perspective, and is harder to stay in lane vs good players early on (nothing more infuriating then being full of mana, but not having the life to use it safely)... but this is solved with a few items and then the never ending spit wins out over BoTF beast. Alot of people say take only 1 mana item for BoTS beast so you have enough mana pool between BoTS recharges, but I say take nature's rec, it gives yo
Yet silence does not prevent auto-attack... this is why ground spikes wins. :D
I've seen another speed rook variant they took an early point in structural transfer. Very annoying. With the speed, you get around the main weakness of this skill, the ease of being interrupted. You attack, disengage, heal and then come back to battle a few seconds later. Considering how little armor Rook has, and how much less life speed rook has, I am wondering if its worth it to take archer tower/ tower of light early since you can't really stick around in a prolonged batt

Are you going to say that the Forces of Light Control the Map invalid gamestate bug that Ptarth found is actually a valid strategy that GPG put in the game? Should he not fix that? Is getting Orb of Defiance for Occulus a good strategy that he shouldn't mess with by giving Occ a stone animation? I could go on and on. In this case, it's my opinion that GPG fe
I'd like to think that demigod is priceless, and it didn't matter I paid full retail for it a year ago. It was well worth the $50.
I dont see how that would save her ass at levels 13+ where she really falls apart and costs her team the game. As it is, she is mostly fine until late game... but could use an interrupt to prevent people from popping potions in her face or escaping from a battle she won. She has high damage from spikes, but it is not a burst, It takes 5 seconds to dish it out so it is easy to get around since she can't stop you from using items/skills. From another viewpoint, she has the most

While discussing Ooze I code vs Ooze 2-4, I would point out that I've brought up the ridiculous silliness of Soul Power 1 (80 points of damage) vs Soul Power II and III (100, and 120 damage respectively) and this was ruled a balance fix, and that we could not know is this was GPG's actual intent without their confirmation. Let's remain consistent across the board. It could be just as easy to say Ooze I was meant to be safe so you can use it as a spare pick up point, but the higher versions of
