Finally decided to read wilkapedia on Dyson's spheres. If we were going to build one in our solar system a Dyson swarm should work considering everything lies on a two dimensional plane orbiting our sun. All we would have to do is angle the swarm a different way that for the most part the light that would be being collected would be wasted otherwise this would not affect everything else that would be receiving light on a very narrow plane. O.k. I can see making a first person shooter from the ground up. I'm not saying that. First thing would want to see is that the leaders weren't part of the characters you could choose from because the game wouldn't be about fighting but administration. The races would be an option, but not the leaders. They could still be in the game as non player characters. Honestly I can't see how the customization of Galactic civilizations would be able to work on a first person shooter except the ship. They don't have the ground like you would need harder if customized. None of the abilities, personalities, parties, or mega events. Lets not forget anomoly and planetary artifact abilities wouldn't apply. If taken out there wouldn't be much customization. If applied wouldn't affect you. My idea for a game is what spore should have been for a computer game in 2008. 1, cell stage fine except where are the fish in stage five. 2. Creature stage fine.
