Okay I have a question that is not related to BW. Does anyway take Foul Grasp II if they are going a PURE Ooze build instead of diseaced claws II ?? I think you have the mana for that, so why diseaced claws II and why not foul grasp II ??

If you are a rook, the best support you can get is from Oak. Even sedna can't help you when your focus fired on, because the opponents will out daamage sedna's heal. But a shield III from Oak is always welcome when they are in the middle of my tower farm, leads straight to a boulder + slam combo !!! Good point Jona_
Izuz so you saying your demigod re engaged tower without command even while being on low hp? Is that a good thing. I mean if you zoom out for second to see whats happening on other line your demigod might commit suicide on tower during that time... Specially with regulus u need to watch the whole map at all times.
My Oak starts walking to re engage the tower, of course as soon as I noticed I clicked away again to make him get out of there.
Oh, well give use more details on it.
@ heavenlysynn It seems now that your DG remeber his last AA target so when you use a skill or item even with cast time not instant, your DG will automatically go back to AA whatever it was hitting before. I was attacking a tower and then TP out back to base. My Oak immediatly started running back to that tower to hit it again (strange) !!! Another thing that happened is that I issued a move command to back off after I was h
- Heroes will re-engage their attack target after performing an ability - Fixes for demigods chasing after old targets at inappropriate times.
If this was all that was in the patch i would be supremely happy UB and Oaks around the world rejoice .

it works!!!!! But I saw a strange behavior with Oak that I can't explain !!
paper beats rook, try that.
/signed! seriously, when I play rook, the thing that I hate the most is the Mark of the betrayal + mines combo !!!! slows rook like hell and serious burst damage. I can only hope that I can TP safely to base if I get hit by this combo. If the other team has interrupts, Im dead afterwards.
Early game: none / all, really, it doesn't matter, okay having health is nice and it helps, but you don't NEED it! ofcourse you do need warscore so all the flags are important Mid game: warscore is still important so all the flags are important, the MOST important flags are the gold flags, both yours and the enemies, try to have them both as much as possible, do NOT let the enemy have your gold flag!
I have to disagree here. Early game: mana flag is v

The beast grasp is very nasty, a stun for 2 sec can in fact turn the tide of a battle. However, as an Oak player, use your abilities range to your advantage. Make the beast suffer from penitence and Surge before you engage in melee. That's my suggestion to you and thats how I fight UB when I play Oak.

There are several nice builds proposed here by the comunity, and you should definitly try them all and see which ones fit for which situation, and learn how to adapt and change a build during a game depending on the situation. But here's is my favorite build for sedna: Favor item: blood of the fallen starting item: monks + 1 mana pot With this two items, if you play start, you can stay in the field until at the least level 7. Skill order: 1. heal I

First of all, you shouldn't pick the fight unless you are confident that you can win the fight, or at least not die and make them retreat. I see that you like to play Oak a lot, which I do as well. I always focus 1 enemy at least with 2 penitence from safety before I engage the fight, and let my teammate know which DG is that. Against beast, try to use your penitence to interupt the spit, I know it's hard but if you can imagine the range of the spit, you can do. Thats makes the best very angr
Am I the only one who keeps their Spirits at the citadel so that they have a constant dps boost instead of losing them when you need them most i.e Taking towers, ooze UB, ice TB
I used to do that, buy they fuckin keep poping up everytime I TP somewhere, and then I have to send them back which distract me for a couple of seconds. No I don't anymore, cuz the ward is cheap in terms of mana and I keep (I think 4) around all the time + they grant armor which I need in battle
My suggestions are 2: 1. Reduce the % of health boost. i.e. nerf from 50% to 25% Or 2. Change from instant cast to a 1 sec cast.
The 1 suggestion is not that great, take a 6k UB with only 1k hp left, pop sigils u get 1.5k hp extra thats a total of 2.5k hp. The UB is still going to die and fast (compared to 4.5k hp with 50%). The second suggestion is not gonna make a big difference because 1 sec cast is hard to interupt especially

tele gank are quite powerfull, I always hate when a tower rook has 6+ tower stacked and Im fighting him (he is almost dead), and out of nowhere I get grasped and spited on. Damn the towers, they hide all teleports with their shiny lights.
It... isn't? I'm pretty sure Shield is one of the strongest abilities Oak has, especially as the game progresses.
Only shied 3 is amazing, the other levels are pretty useless because they are vulnerable to stuns and interrupts. You can totally drop shield as Oak, and still be ok, and replace it with spirits. those things really boost up Oak's damage. I've played both aspects of Oak (pure minion and pure assassin) but I have to say that hybrid rules. my skills b
