OMG ... i feel stupid right now.... I just realized I was on 2.5 when I had that problem .... Seems like it was fixed in 2.6 ... SORRY Cheers

Hi, i think the following problem persists since in 2.5: Capital world population cap was reduced from 10 to 5 The Snathi capital world starting pop was not reduced accordingly (the cap was reduced but not the actual population). As of 2.6 Snathi start with 10/5 pop. This does not look like intended behaviour and makes early game laugh
