The problem is that EVERYBODY relies on spells, so pratically nobody gets a good mitigation from armor compared to health. Only... well, UB and regulus actually have a problem with mitigated damage, and even UB built for HP and Ooze isn't losing that much considerin his Ooze is still dealing full damage.

Change Unique Demigods to unique demigods per team. There is no point in making it so that everybody has to be a different demigod when they aren't on the same team. It's also not a really necessary option; it's rare that combinations of multiple demigods are any stronger than a single demigod (except for a bunch of ooze/diseased claw UBs, where they can chainstun, lower your speed by 20% (if it stacks, 19% if it is multiplicitive), lower your attack rate by 80% (or 64% if the debuffs are mul

I think this idea is so bad that it would get negative karma if this forum had it. First of all, you are a hypocrite. You say it is pointless to stay when you are leaving... but that people should be banned for it, and that it is "rubbish" (which you never define.) Second, the only thing that needs to be changed is to give a

New idea: Make HP items give a percent of your HP, instead of a flat rate. It might work! (After all, the reason HP stacking Regulus is so good is because his natural weaknesses lie in low HP and regeneration, and armor affects him just as much as it affects Rook, who has no trouble with HP.) Of course, that would need a tremendous amount of rebalancing... >.

*claps.* I cannot tell you the number of times that I've had to deal with 2v2's when my teammate managed to screw up so horribly that it was just sad. But sometimes when you get a good teammate, it's all worth it. There really isn't anything like the feeling of having a well oiled machine rip through the enemy. Examples from play that I've had recently: I was playing with a newb (not n00b) erebus, and... well, it was going OK. My UB

Ooze, Inner Beast, Diseased Claw, and Stats are all you need... combine with a blood of the fallen, speed boots, Hauberk of Life, Unbreakable Boots, that initial +400 HP armor, and a wand of

Well there are some builds that are hard to beat... 5 reguli sniping are very hard to kill... one attacks, all five snipe, you die. You can probably kill two DGs with only one Regulus actually taking the hits, especially if they buy cooldown lowering favor items. But generally, multiple Demigods aren't a problem.

The thing is, Ooze tends to be your AoE attack, and slowing enemy demigods allows you to hit them that much harder. If you need post mortem to kill creep waves, you did something wrong. (Post mortem is a good unlock for pure spit UB's, though.)

Eh, the "tournament" is, AFAIK, just a bunch of skirmishes with whichever side you pick gaining favor. I'm not really sure if there is anything special about it. >.>

Isn't HoL instant? An interrupt won't interrupt (interrupt says stun, but it really just stops casting) and I think you need to actually deal damage to break the HoL. I do know that as UB, I would foul grasp shielded Oak's; the few seconds of stun keep him from damaging me, which is nice, and I still get the health-steal. It's also a good idea to have speed debuffs and a wand of speed yourself to catch the fleeing DGs.

Personally, what I like to do is press the Rook into a lane where there aren't creeps. You can do this by either stealing flags (with a gank group) in the middle, or just getting your gank group to attack the Rook. While this won't work on smart rooks, frequently I can get ones that just HAVE to set up towers to cap the middle of cataract, and the 20% exp flag means nothing when rook isn't getting any EXP (unless he was smarter and put his towers in creep range, in which case he is farming AL

Here are three ways I think could make the Karma system good. 1. Only your teammates can give Karma. This prevents losers griefing. 2. You can only be given positive Karma. Having negative karma is not really a good idea, because people will far more often lower karma than increase it (even the forums don't have negative Karma!) 3. Combined with either 1 or 2: Give a proper concede option and a "leave game" option that doesn't make eveyrbody wait for 30 seconds and scr

Personally, I never liked ranked ladders; I just play custom games, and with each patch I've noticed that I am able to find more games (maybe more people are just showing up, though. That's still good!), and now, instead of rarely getting a match to work, practially 100% of all matches will work fine unless somebody doesn't like somebody elses ping.

Hey Thrandiul. :P Anyway, I've been using your build, but I find its better to go with the unbreakable boots first; the hauberk of life is slightly more expensive and, IIRC, gives the exact same stats but with minnion health and without the mana bonus. The 800 mana from boots lets me get one more foul grasp off without regeneration, which is nice when I'm getting pressed heavily. EDIT: Actually, Hauberk gives +10 regen instead of +5 for unbreakable. I supp

I put up a guide to priests on the forum. Basically... don't buy them unless you are going catapults, and preferably giants. They are good against towers... but not if you get the AoE upgrade for towers. For the cost of 500 gold your towers are slightly stronger and make priests a third as useful as they would have been against a non AoE tower, and the priests are still easy gold and EXP.

I believe attacking structures was actually a tooltip thing, so I'm pretty sure the devs intended it. Also, fire, it is an exploit. Ooze automatically turns off at 100 HP, and without level 4 ooze and no health restore equipment, it is really hard to keep spamming ooze enough to kill yourself; only a perfectly timed hit on somebody with ooze ruins your kill, and it is still OBVIOUSLY a bug, because even if it is hard to exploit, it still prevents the killer from getting any EXP or gold.

Ok, both characters that have the potential to kill themselves are bugged. If UB manages to kill himself with ooze, even during a fight, it gets a "killed himself" message, and the opposition recieves no gold, EXP, or kill. If Erebus ganks himself on his own poison blood, he gets the kill (assists are still handed out to the relevant enemies), the EXP, and the gold. I'm not sure, but he also might get EXP for ganking his teammates this way. A very useful bug if you feel

Here's a question: for your initial minions, do you cast-sell them, or just buy them? Considering this builds reliance on minions, I can see you outright buying them, because losing a monk early game would be like losing your arm. >. Also, Durokk, UB would definitely fight a rook in an 8 tower farm, if they were close enough together.... I love high level venom spit. Kills one tower, hurts the rest so much that It's just a couple melee attacks. By that time... more spit! :P

Now, a lot of people I meet drop the money for priests in pretty bad situations. In my last match, my UB and my partners Oak were getting shut down by a ninja tower Rook and a pure fire TB. Not pretty. However... they bought priests at level 7. Hooo, boy. We got a 3 level advantage on the rook and a one level advantage on the TB almost immediately, and we just kept getting stronger after that. Priests were just tons of free EXP. So I will set out to make a priests guide, in flow

Late game reg is pretty balanced; really, he isn't that bad at all. He is really good, I will admit, but it's the range, really. Besides, he's so much crap early game he needs to be tough. I mean, yeah, a level 20 fully equipped reg with an autoattack/mines build is going to be really powerful... but when are you ever going to see a Reg even hit 15 for shrapnel mines (without those, he can't get kills), let alone 20 and fully geared up? Now, UB is
