Milskidasith Milskidasith, are you retarded? HOL is terribly for ooze builds? Are you too lazy to push 3 to turn off ooze and then HOL? Wow.
Considering using HoL requires me to retreat entirely from battle, yes, I find it pretty terrible when there is an item that costs the same, gives me a good amount of HP and regen, and lets me heal mid-battle. For mana dependant DGs, sure, HoL is way better. The ma
Well, the downside of Ooze build is that you cant really harass anyone in early game. Plus if you are going attack somebody and they run to tower you can pretty much forget about killing them or risking yourself a death. "You don't have the HP for Oozing or the mana for spitting. Simply put, an Ooze UB will outlast you with HP and a spit UB will be able to spit more often (though I find that Spit UB does have more trouble with spit/oo
It only worked because they were too dumb to ever upgrade buildings; even basic regen beats minion damage.
Quoting Cyrenic, reply 17So other than the chance they've taken a symbol of purity as their favor item, what ways does a UB have to remove spit in a duel with another UB? And since both UB's are using ooze, they won't be generating much hp/s. Remember, I'm arguing a very narrow situation here (late game non-spit ooze UB vs. ooze/spit hybrid UB). The point about removing spit was targeted more towards the general idea of it
The only change I would like to see are UI changes and the ability to see your teammates (not your enemies) mana. That way I don't have to get annoyed when Oak who doesn't ever use allied chat #2000 doesn't shield me while I'm fleeing [and has proven he has shield] because I will know he is out of mana.
Honestly, I think the queen could use a bit of a buff to her minions (with everybody else except Sedna, minion builds are viable, with the Queen, they are only good as HP and across the map farming tools) and a bit of a nerf on cooldown to shield. I like the concept of shield, but with how fast it can be cast, earlygame she is pretty much invincible. It either needs to cost enough she runs out, or have a cooldown so there is actually a gap between the shield falling and a new one being cast.
They cost 10200 (not sure on the math; I just added the cost of priests [1800] to his, so it's probably right) dude. Priests are shitty as well.

You're giving up 1.5k damage (damage you can inflict without even having to be next to your opponent) so you don't have to worry about mana? Lvl 10+ you don't even need mana items as long as you have a HOL and you can still spit twice and use bestial wrath. But what do I care, I laugh every time I see an UB that doesn't take spit. Scratch that, I cry.
Elarain is correct. A UB with spit and ooze will beat a non-spit ooze build every time. I played a game where I went up against a spit/ooze UB with an Ooze/beastial wrath build, and even though I significantly outgeared the other UB, he beat me every time (I had been beating him early game till it got to late game). Since we both had ooze, coupled with armor, auto attacks weren't counting for much (even though I had ashkandor).&nb

Horrible items and horrible skill progression. This is a huge step back from other Ooze build guides.
Grenades also get a slow. And Reg has a passive for it too. Sure, the slow is nice, but feels kind of redundant when you look at Reg's other skills, their costs and their recharges. Redundancy is your friend in this game. Stacking so much slow that is puts DGs on moonwalk gets even HP stackers killed. Makes it a lot easier to gank someone when your teammate is in another lane.
I have an interesting question: Is it possib
As UB, I love when my opponents go with MotB. Why isn't he slowing down? Ooze is a skill, right? No? NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
Blood of the fallen is the best choice. With one point in diseased claw and one point in inner beast for UB, you will only have a .12 speed advantage over that UB. While you may be able to get away, the speed advantage is actually so negligable you can stay in "melee" range for quite a while. So basically, unless UB is going for a hybrid build with spit and ooze, he will have passive skills that make Swift Anklet nearly useless, and if that's not enough, he can still upgrade the passi
This is pretty much the generic pure fire TB build. Nothing particularly new about it; we even already have a guide on this. That said, pure fire is very weak against HP stacking, which almost everybody in their right minds does; he has low DPS with autoattacks and has to rely on a bunch of abilities to deal damage (not only that, but his damage dealing abilities do less than a full ice + fireball combo, which is also good at AoE and has multiple status effects). As far as fire
Depends on the map, typically I play 3v3 on Cataract and with the amount of avaliable turrets to run to only the sloppiest Sednas/Qot get caught in the first 10 min. Prison is a differnt story
Nah, Hammer Rook is the easiest for UB; since you can just run through Rook to keep him from hammer slamming you, and the pathing for another hammer slam (while under him) might KEEP him under you... yeah, he's an easy kill. Tower rook = :(
Also, if you ever fight somebody with a QoT shield.... whoever he/she shields, attack the other person! It doesn't matter if Rook is hitting the towers, if you have the QoT unshielded, make her reshield the rook, then attack; seven seconds of being hit by 3 demigods is more than enough to bring her paltry health down to near nothing (and when she reshields, whe will have to retreat; try to interrupt if she uses a TP or healing potion). Basically, do what they said, and if you
I agree on both counts, I typically play UB and I feel like there's really no chance of me taking down either Qot or Sda until the late game because of the reasons mentioned, Actually, I find Sedna and QoT (and Regulus) to be the easiest demigods to kill with UB. It all depends on your skill allocation. Unless you stack HP items, UB is heavy-hitting but fragile.
And if you do stack HP items, he is heavy hitt

You don't use grasp for damage. I agree. But just as devils advocate: You can still spit/ooze while grasping. It comes down to dmg/heal

Give me a mine Reg ally over a stats build ally any day of the week. Uh no, not at all. Auto attack reg's main goal through most of the game is to support a player that can take more damage. Pair up with something like an oak, sit back a bit, and grind away. You dont have much burst damage, but you have superb
