I WISH it was that easy but unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any way to cancel it at the starbase itself. HOWEVER I see that I can go to each individual shipyard and give them an unassigned rally point, more tedious certainly but it does solve my problem. Thanks for the help or at least attempt to help.

As can be seen in this image, there is no command to delete the rally point.
So about 50+ turns ago I went into commands and set it to where all my shipyards will automatically send their ships to a planet on the far side of the galaxy, now I want to be able to spread things around but unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a way to cancel that rally order and go back to sending them where I will after they are built. Am I just missing something or is this an oversight on the part of the command system?
What modifications would one have to do to the Terraform mod to decrease the threshold for terraforming? I don't mind it being higher but I kinda dislike soil enhancement being a completely dead tech. Edit: Figured it out by using Notepad++ and its compare plugin to just restore the default values for the terraforming improvements and update the improvementdefs.xml to the newer version from the patch.
New query. Would Galaxy Forge 3 crash while trying to use a modded Galaxy Scenario Definitions file made for Rebellion? Edit: Aaand using the Galaxy Forge that was already in Sins Rebellion's folder fixed it. Alright I am good.
I DID that, it keeps crashing my Galaxy Forge before it even starts, and when I put the old galaxy scenario definitions back in it boots up fine.
Hey is Galaxy Forge refusing to start up for anyone else with DS's resources installed in it? I like to make my own maps for my matches and I would hate to have to use the in game map maker since I can't edit the artifact and bonus chance any with it.
