I used the support tool, created a ticket, attached the log files, submit. I get a message back that the the size of the attachment exceeds the server limit, and the attachment is cancelled? File is 137 KB. Stuart Pierce Edit: Never mind. Despite the error message, it appears that the attachment did send.

Just tried my first game. There was no choice for 2560 x 1440 resolution, so I had to pick non-native 1920 x 1080. The colors seemed very washed out, except for the red particles as the engineer constructed, which looked terrific. The animation was quite smooth. After 3-4 minutes, the screen froze. Yes, the new screenshots look great, and the B roll video footage has me super excited. As a big fan of Supreme Commander and Total Annihilation, Ashes of the Singularity is easily my most anticipated game. Stuart
