You forgot wait for homestar to kill the tower on fort side then switch him lol.
DS_ArmyHomestar
Ill give you my support QoT build. Very effective but not a frontliner pure support. Support Qot. Run with a Ub and 2 man a lane and see what happens. 1 - bramble 2- ground spikes 3- save 4 bramble +ground spikes 5- spike wave 6- save 7- bramble and ground spikes. 8 - spike wave 9- save -10 ground spikes bramble. Favor item - cloak of the night S
Ryan its quite dependant, yes it is possible you will kill me if i stop to lock 2v1. But highly unlikely, especially if my team is able to teleport to help me, or if im playing a main character like erubus. Good luck.
Cap locks are always a good idea if you are going to lose a flag. 2v1 for example. If there smart they will ditch the lane. if there not. there standing there 2 manning a lane while i defend a tower with ease. Half the xp and not even having the flag should allow complete map dominance for my 2 teamates. If 1 leaves. I push back the single one, and hte lane is mine again. Overuse yes, I see alot of people just spamming them even when there is no enemy there to take the flag. B
Once I download the file on that replay site I cannot find the correct place to run it from. Help please.
No the shoulders do not fire when doing a slam.
Dependant on the 3 man combo. A compitetint 2 man team can fend off a 3 man team at the tower. Id put say me playing as erubus solo the other lane. I can push there goldside tower on my own at leval 2 if they dont come defend it. Meenwhile the 2 man team simply patiently defend the tower, hopefully with a sedna there or something for longevity. The solo erubus would start capping gold flag and force the 3 man team to split up to deal with him. And if they didnt well. gg.
Early game all I do is kite vs ub. You set your towers up and run, let him have the flag if he wants. Replant towers wear him down while you still kill the kreeps at your tower. You will outlast him as long as you are not to aggresive early on. I fake cast my teleports as you would a hammer bash or i use heal pots to let them get interupted and then tele out if neccasary. They key is kiting really, i pretty much just run back and forth making them take the maxiumum amount of damage fr
It's an opinion don't take it to personally posidini. Can someone do the math on the auto attack damage in say and instance were hammer slam would be used after boulder throw?' Say 3 swings mayby 4. But im gonna say 3. Thats Id say on an average opponent @ leval 10 800 damage. Plus shoulders...probably about 1200 or more. Thats rough im not sure on the numbers im just speaking from feel and experience since i used to run boulder throw hammer slam. Your are only slightl
Im @ a disadvantage since I dont explain my playstyle. But I play rook like a harass regulas or tb for example. Constantly kiting. Waiting for towers to wear you down only moving in to hold the flag. I rarely end up getting boots of speed for example. I simply cap pivotal points on the map and dare lone demigods to come in. A pro will anticipate ganks, so worrying about your amulat of teleportation being interupted is rarely a problem. I fake cast, or carry health pots just so
Well you get mass charm @ 8. And this build is a typical pro match not pug. Which means my premade knows i have poisoned blood so thats not a worry. I don't ever plan on dieing so don't think of it like that. If I die, I fucked up or the other team is fed. Bottom line. It's literally for the hp regen and it suits my playstyle. Lane control is my goal and good luck owning me 1v1 unless your team is fed. The goal is to be able to hold crucial points 1v1, so that your cap locks are only
Ok people when you play rook. Lets make one thing clear. He is a support hero. I hate seeing people who use him as a front liner, unless combined with a Sedna or a Qot use your rook like a ranged hero. He is simply far more effective, you may not get all the kills ( unless the other team is stupid) but you are simply much more valuable to your team if you run him as a support hero. Lane dominance is better then getting kills . Period. But anyways I consider
[quote who="ese-aSH" reply="16" id="2380194"]This build looks good, but I would go for coven 3 at level 8 instead of bite 3. At this level this gives you higher dps + opportunity to pull towers in 1 push. Bite 3 is only 300 armor reduction and 10% speed reduction better than bite 1, and cost a lot more mana. I have played full minions erebus a lot (bite1, then only coven and stats up to level 10, with Bat Swarm somewhere in the path), and it seems it gets its full power around
Like I said. Endgame creep control is why you up mist. And yes in a truly balanced pro game, the game will generally not be over before giants. And sometimes long after. Oh and your not going to have any mana issues once you get the two helms. And if you get that cloak of the flames endgame you are quite literally unkillable, perma mana.. With great killing power, and gank ability.
Cloak of the night would make you even harded to kill. But probably a little bit less effective at lane holding early game. And to be frank Im extremely hard to kill even without it, even in 2v1 3v1 situations. But yes id say that item would work. Ive dabbled with it and just found BoF or anklet overal more effective.
A skilled player uses mist like an interupt. I can't tell you how many life saving snipe fireball spit etc dodges ive done with mist. Especially if you have a team calling out snipes that are targeting you when you can't see. Endgame you have so much mana regen that you can basically permamist. It offers basically the only way for Erubus to give effective endgame creep control if say your losing. Not to mention that I am typically the player who literally camps there portal and gold fla
Assasin. ! rank in coven is an effective use of 1 skill point though. Especially early game adds significant dps, as well as protection from things like tower rook. Also makes you far more effective at tower pushing.
What is your ingame name actr. is it the same?
Yah he has been good to play with ingame in my experience to.
First and foremost I would not reccomend this build for bigginers. It is a little more advanced. Just be warned. Im sure most of you know me. Erubas is by far my best character and this build is fine tuned. I wasn't going to post it. But I deploy to afghanastan ina month so who cares right? So here goes. The great thing about erubus is that he is probably the hardest character in the game to kill in the hands of a good player. Even in 2v1 3v1 situations
Add me to friends and ill give you guys vent info. Im down.
I get angel. but not at the start. I think i get it at like leval 8 or something.
The thing is that he is erubus. He can afford to have slightly lower health till late game because he has Bswarm and mist, and bite. Making him very survivable regardless of his items.
What TB mean is that for many demigod special abilities account for a large chunk of damage. And evasion will not help you there.
[quote who="Sarmis" reply="23" id="2365459"]There are no pointers. Reg is a weak DG, and almost never used in competetive play, and basically never used by the winning side in competetive play. DG comes down to basically four demigods - UB, Erebus, Sedna, and Oak. Rook and TB and Reg can be used in some situations, but typically using them gives you a disadvantage. QoT is almost never useful. The problem with Sedna is that all a Sedn
