Hi; I'm trying out Start10 on Windows 10 1709. I noticed that when I expand the 'control panel' menu (and it's longer than can be displayed in the one column), I get the little up or down arrows at the top or bottom. Clicking on these scrolls the list as expected. But, I noticed that I can't use my mouse wheel to scroll through the list. Is this by design? Thanks.
Hi; I'm trying out the trial Windowblinds/SkinStudio 6.4 under Vista Ultimate 64-Bit SP2. My initial goal is to start with the basic "Windows Aero" style and simply change the color of the Scrollbar "Drag Bar". (Plain old Vista doesn't appear to let you do this).
