Make sure the file is named sig7.bin and see if that helps. If you still have trouble, send an email to with as much information as possible (feel free to attach the .txt file that's generated).

No, there is no way to transfer your registration from Impulse. The only way to have it on your Steam account is to purchase it through Steam.
I guess there is no way to exchange the original Impulse version for a steam one?
No, if you want the game on your Steam account, you will need to repurchase.

I do however have the receipt etc sent do my email.
We're working on getting you a way to check your pre-order status, but for now, the only way is to keep your receipt email, or contact .
Is this the Pro or Free version of Fences? Is this on a work machine that may have some kind of local policy?
There is no limit on the number of fences you can create. PGSmick is correct in that you need to right click and drag, as if you were selecting multiple files, in order to create a fence.
It may have to do with the size of your desktop icons. Right now, the math is based on having "Medium" sized icons. Try changing that and see if it works for you. Also, what OS are you using?
Could you be more specific about what is happening? Are you getting any errors? If so, what are they, and when do they occur?
Codec packs can sometimes butt heads with Deskscapes. Let us know if that fixes it for you.
What version of Windows, and how did you install WindowBlinds?
Hmmm... It could be something specific to XP or v1.01. Is that the free version, I'm guessing? Have you tried v1.1 on XP?
What version of Windows and Fences are you running on?
What version of Fences are you using? It should be in the About section of the configuration menu.

If anyone else is having trouble, please be as specific as possible when you contact us, and include any error messages, email addresses, and serials involved. Screenshots are welcome, though make sure they're .jpgs, and not too huge (try to keep it under 800k or so)
Also, here's a preview of the new hotness: https://forums.stardock.com/413462
Interesting... I'll have to pass that along. Also, maybe have it display shortcuts to files in My Docs, perhaps, that also fit that search...?
You can try turning on the Per-screen res option. Go here: Then turn this on:

The multiplayer system uses IronClad Online, which is different from your Stardock/Steam/Impulse account. Make sure you're using the correct account information. If you're still having issues, send an email to for help with ICO accounts.
Here's another fix for you to try: Download http://sd.stardock.com/gc2_metaverse_remove.zip and extract that to the Twilight directory. Then remove \ProgramData\stardock\gc2ul\sig.bin You will need to reactivate but it should work properly after that.
I have a hard copy of the original SoASE but I just purchased the trinity pack from Steam. I like Steam a lot and I am very happy with how it works normally. I downloaded and installed the game with no problem, but when I try to launch the game a Stardock Account Regostration page pops up asking for my stardock account email, password the the serial number from the game. I entered al
As a workaround, try going to the following registry path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Stardock\Drengin.net\GalCiv2UL Create a new String Key called "Serial No", and set the value data to your game serial number and see if that helps.
If it's disappearing from your Impulse games list, and it's not a Stardock game, that would be a Gamestop issue. We don't have access to their databases, so we wouldn't be able to add/change anything for you.
