CarGuy1, DisturbedComputer, and Wizard1956, sorry about the wait, but you guys should all be set. Give it the ol' F5.
BarJabba: I'm not sure what the problem is at this point. DesktopX is now available for download. See for yourself: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products
Aaaand a little F5 action should get you up and running.
RedneckDude: Looking into it...
Update: DesktopX should now be available.
BarJabba: Sorry about the trouble, you are correct in that new customers no longer use Impulse. Here's the word on the apps you mentioned: Tiles is still in beta, but it will be available soon, once they get it packaged. DesktopX is being looked into as we speak. Or type, rather. The Tweak products should be fixed soon as well. For now, just use the one under the Tweak7 entry and it should work fine (though not on XP, of course). Let me kn

The only thing that might cause delays would be if the transaction was mistakenly detected as fraud. It's rare, but it does happen. These orders need to be manually processed, and that is usually done so somewhere from within a few minutes, to several hours. If weekends are involved, it may take longer. Once the order is processed, then it should show up right away. If you get a message that your order is being 'Processed', then this is most likely wh
Lantec: Workin' on getting that on the page. For now, requesting an email from here is the easiest: https://www.stardock.com/support/
Phoon: At the moment, no. It's in the works, though. DrJBHL: I'm not really sure what you mean. Payment method doesn't have an effect, only the email address used during purchase. If your PayPal email address is different from your Stardock account email address, that sometimes causes issues, but only if you use the 'Checkout with PayPal' button. If you go through the regular checkout, it should be fine. Also, there's no 'e&#

sbell: That's very odd. Looking into this now...
Greetings, friends! We've been getting a lot of questions about how to download and install your Stardock software purchases from both the past and present (and future, too, I guess). Well, here's the skinny on that. Get it? 'Skin'ny? *sigh* Anyway, at the moment we are in a transition period. Specifically, we are transitioning away from Impulse being your main download and update method. Going forward, you can access all of
Our workload has been significantly higher lately, so response times have unfortunately suffered. We'll get to you as soon as humanly possible, I promise! As a general note, try to avoid sending in multiple emails until you get a non-auto-response, as this will reset your ticket in line.
I'm seeing the game on your account properly, so there's no problem there. Try closing Impulse and running the following file: http://sd.stardock.com/curthendzell/fix_registrations.reg Make sure to follow the link in Internet Explorer, as other web browsers will not handle the file type correctly. Once you follow the link, save the file and double click it to apply it. Then relaun
At the moment, it's going to the same place (me), but yes, [email protected] would be more accurate. Muscle memory is hard to shake...
#1: This can often happen when you PayPal email address is different from your Impulse account email address. If this is the case, you can try using our merge tool to try to get everything on the same account: https://www.stardock.com/support/registrations/ If you're still having trouble, send as much information as you can to [email protected] #2: Send
OK, I did some digging, and the payment was processed, but the order didn't complete. I had it manually pushed through, so it's on your account properly, and you should be getting an email about it (if you didn't already). I've never actually seen this happen in my 2 years of support, but apparently it happens from time to time. Sorry about the trouble, but you should be good to go now.
OK, it looks like the order did NOT go through (wasn't sure what game it was for initially). As to why, I'm not sure, but try using a different browser and see if that helps.
Try restarting Impulse. If that doesn't work, try closing Impulse, and running the following file: http://sd.stardock.com/curthendzell/fix_registrations.reg Make sure to follow the link in Internet Explorer, as other web browsers will not handle the file type correctly. Once you follow the link, save the file and double click it to apply it. Then relaunch Impulse. You will need
The game is on your account properly (only once). Just log into Impulse with the same account you use here, and go to the 'My Games' tab: http://www.impulsedriven.com/impulse_setup_full.exe

Also, this:
I'm showing the game on both of your (bjscuba135 and DeadlyFred) accounts, so the orders must have gone through. If they're not showing up, close Impulse and run the following file: http://sd.stardock.com/curthendzell/fix_registrations.reg Make sure to follow the link in Internet Explorer, as other web browsers will not
