My problem still hasn't been resolved . What do I precisely need to do?
That depends, what exactly is your problem? If you can't register your serial number through Impulse, please send an email to [email protected] with the serial number, and ANY email addresses you may have used at any time in the past. I can't tell you how many times we've had people swear up and down that they used email a
My ticket has been closed after sending the requested images, apparently you had not had a response from my within two days (strange as the time between your support emails is ALOT longer than 48 hours...). This same issue has happened to numerous people who have posted on the boards. I've now no option but to contact trading standards over the matter. edit: I've been requested for a rough scale of the issue so all

This is actually as intended. As with other Paradox expansion packs, these follow-up games replace and expand upon a previous expansion or the base game. The game and expansions all extract to and are run from the base executable (though it's possible this may be replaced with a newer executable at some point). That said, there will be only one instance of the game once you have the base and any expansions installed, because there's only one executable to run.

I see where the problem is. The images you attached were in an 18MB large zip file, which normally is fine, but sometimes an attachment that size chokes the support system. It's rare, but the email is also routed to a place we can retrieve the files, though the ticket doesn't always get updated properly, so we don't always know that theres anything to look for (whew!). It's a rare set of occurances, but that doesn't make it better. In any case, sorry about the troubl
Quoting Gargabee, reply 31There was a magazine that was distributing Sins serials without proper permission and all of those serials were revoked. As a user who has had the same issues of a revoked serial number and no response from support, it would be interesting to know what happened to all the copies of the game which had their serial number printed in the magazine! This, to me, sounds like a rather la

andrewpayne: I have responded to your ticket, so you should have an email waiting for you. In general: When contacting support, keep in mind that Stardock's offices are closed on the weekends. Also, if you're having serial number trouble, please include the serial number in your support email so that we can look into what the problem is right away, rather than have to wait for another response. Too much information is almost always better than not enough.

There was a problem with the multiplayer server which has been cleared up. If you are still having trouble, try closing Impulse and running the following file: http://sd.stardock.com/curthendzell/fix_registrations.reg Make sure to follow the link in Internet Explorer, as other web browsers will not handle the file type correctly.

If you're only installing it on the offline computer, you won't need Impulse. Just use the files from Impulse Anywhere, and follow the instructions it gives you. And that should be the same screen for WindowBlinds 7 as it was for 6.

Sorry for the trouble, I manually updated your expiration date in our system, so you should be good to go. This can sometimes happen when purchases are merged together, and on rare occasions, things don't sync up properly. I also responded to your ticket with something you may need to do if it's still not working, but it's fairly painless.

The way our MD5 system works (and this is an over simplication, I'll grant you, but it works for our purposes), is similar to taking a sentence, assigning number values to each letter (a=1, b=2, etc), and adding up the corresponding numbers to get a sum. That's your "MD5" (though the real MD5 creates a much more unique signature than that). Then tell someone that sentence, and have them write it down. If they misspell something, then when they add up the di

I have responded to your ticket, though I'm posting the fix here as well in case someone else has the same problem: This problem occurs with this game on machines running Windows Vista/7. Please navigate to where the game is installed (typically C:\Program Files (x86)\Indie Games\WW2 - Time of Wrath) and locate the file named ww2. Right click on it and choose 'Run as administrator'. Paste in the serial for the game. The game should now accept it and you will be

There are a few things to keep in mind: 1) We're still taking care of the Thanksgiving backlog, so there may be some delay in our response. Please be patient, we will get back to you. 2) When you send us an email, it resets the "Last Activity" on the ticket, which is what our system uses to order the tickets. This means every time you send us an email, your ticket gets moved to the end of the queue. To prevent delays, try to avoid multiple emails.

Hear ye, hear ye, Stardock employees will be on an extended break from November 25th through the 28th for Thanksgiving. We will be returning on Monday the 29th, and we want to wish all of you a Happy Holiday, and hope you have slightly more food than you can stand!

Disabling Wbload.dll for WindowBlinds is the same as disabling explorer.exe in Windows. It's kind of important, so that's not really an option. In the WindowBlinds Settings, under the 'Per Application' tab, you can exclude a particular program from being skinned by WindowBlinds and see if that helps. It should help with the crashes, though the apps won't be skinned.

Windows Live Mesh has the ability to sync folders between different computers (and its cloud storage). I use it to sync my Borderlands saves between two computers, and it works like a charm.
