The minor world has to be within sensor range of one of your positions. They're not in the UP so you can't use the Diplomacy screen.

Either there's at least two bugs here or it's 'only' a display bug. With the first ship consuming your entire Thulium supply, you should never have been able to build a second.

I my case, the other game can't use it because it wasn't available at its start. Presumably when I start a new game it will be available - locally. The question is, how do I make it available to someone else? The only two Workshop options seem to be as template (no functional items) or an OBJ. Displaying the surface of a globe as a rectangular map is admittedly grossly distorting. IMO something less distorting like Winkel tripel projection is probably not worth it. BTW, there are warnings on the Notepad++ 64-bit edition , that it isn't ready for prime time. But I've been using it for some time, along with the supposedly unstable Dictionary, and have had zero problems. Other than a few basic ones, very few plug-ins are available for it yet, but if you don't need them, I'd go for it.
