In 1979 he was cast as the Frankenstein monster in the CBS sitcom Struck by Lightning , but the show was cancelled after only three episodes. No wonder I never saw it. Jack was all over TV and movie westerns, usually as a badman. One of my favorite roles was the opening of Once Upon A Time In The West , where he has a low key gunfight with a fly before getting killed by Char

No, it's actor Jack Elam who famously played a proctologist in the movies. Any chance you mean Fred Gwynne, who played Herman Munster in the '60 sitcom? He also co-starred in the sitcom the theme song of which I use as my ring tone, Car 54 Where Are You?

I can tell you for GCII. In the tech definitions file (techtree.xml for the base, then one for each race that are mostly tweaks), for each tech there is an attribute with a nominal range of {0..100}. There is also a flag that I don't recall the proper name of. I rather suspect that GCIII is doing something quite similar. First figure out how to mod, and where to put the changed files. Then find the tech trees an

I wonder how many Trekkers were able to translate the Klingon in real time? They did speak slow. Sheldon, maybe?
this show ... feels ... incredibly desperate to try and grab new fans
True dat.
Actually, Factory has Maintenance 1, so it's questionable whether or not it even pays for itself over time. Assuming that it does though, it takes a very long time, making it a bad investment.
Hmmm. That would make it situational (adjacency). And possibly a placeholder for a more productive improvement. But it wouldn't be the first time an improvement just didn't make sense to build. Anyo

I don't play with Music so can't say definitively that sound goes out, but there are periods when I notice that the game is suspiciously quiet. So this might not be unique to you. (I don't have Crusade.)

It might be related to the number (or %) of planets that you control. In my first big scenario I won a Diplo Vic and scored X (I forget). Then I continued to play to get some experience and every session I started I got a Victory! screen and the score was higher and higher. But of course everything was bigger, so no clue why.

Finally! I lost a 14 ship fleet denting the last stronghold planet, and that seems to have motivated the Thalan to clean out orbit so I could invade. Total time: 170 turns (3.5 years at wk/turn). Score: 18. Whoopee. Now I have to carve my way through the right arm of the Drengin Empire to get to Earth. I think I'll take a break.
It takes an administrator to build a constructor, colony ship, or surveyor ship. Administrators are assigned when construction of a ship begins.
NO. Not in the 2.3.3 base game. Admins are used only on the construction of a SB, and are released when (voluntarily) decommissioned. Not sure
