Where do I save my maps to make them appear in the in-game "Galaxy Forge" menu?

Something I'd really like to see in the Diplomacy addon: A tech that allows you to see exactly who is in what place in the in-game leaderboard. I like using that leaderboard thing to figure out what I need to improve, but if I knew who was in first place for fleets, and by how much, I would beel a lot safer!
