Their relation with you should be Friendly for them to accept an alliance. Use lesser treaties like open borders, make some trade routes with them so they like you more.

I take you're talking about when the UP chairsapient is elected. The position when voting is determined by your influence, so if everybody votes only for themselves they would naturally win, that's why having good relations with other civilizations is important, even minors could tip the balance. In my last game the Krynn who were E won, so no A is not always the victor.

New IGN article about modding. "Either day-and-date with XCOM 2’s November launch or soon thereafter, Firaxis intends to release a full suite of modding tools – an Unreal Development Kit (UDK) and the editor the developers use to create content – that will enable modders to run wild with XCOM 2. “It's yours now; do with it what you want.”<

Sold on snakeman frankly, the rest of the game could be just dress up and MLP Cosplay.
Well going by concept art they have certain endowments. Though I wonder, are they of th

"Solomon painted an alternate version of how the war unfolded: “When the aliens showed up, XCOM suffered massive casualties, and governments around the world crumbled in face of popular support to surren

Brad has stated that he wants to add another difficulty above normal where the AI has FOW, but will remember ships it has seen.
I want to have 2 more difficulty levels. One just sub-normal and 1 between normal and gifted. I don't feel like "normal" is very fair to the AI since it can't load and save games. What I'd like to have at a slightly above normal AI is where it has FOW but once it knows about your s

On one hand I'm happy XCOM is getting a sequel, on the other I'm disappointed all my efforts in the first game were in vain.
