Don't know if this is fixed yet, so bumping just in case. Strange that this post didn't get any attention. I have had this issue multiple times during multiplayer games when chasing fleeing colony ships over gravity wells. Wanted to post about it but then I went off for a summer break. Ignore this please in case it is already solved.

Now now, you cannot just spam randomness and expect everyone to ignore you. It doesnt work that way! Just be nice and apologize to mister Yarlen now. We all know you simply got kicked for chatspam. No need to blame the developers for implementing such a wonderful autokick feature.
You know... It was actually because the game hates the senseless remarks you spam when in the lobby Sel, no offense.
I like "Eradicate those filthy rats!" better but you are right that the commander of the Ragnarov titan rocks. [e digicons]:P[/e]
wait, the planet bonuses have icons to go with them?
The sad thing is that these icons were present since Vanilla yet most of them still remain unused...

Implied facepalm anyone? [e digicons]XD[/e] Just kidding. I believe you can see some stats on Steam, yet it would be fun to see some more specific stats online somewhere. On the other hand, Sins hasn't got a large multiplayer community, I wonder if that fact wouldn't scare off potential customers when stats become publicly available...
Quoting Teun-A-Roonius, reply 19Guidance temporarily increases the number of weapon banks per targeted friendly ship by one. Not possible with the current modifiers. That said, you could turn it into an "Open Fire!" sort of buff. Reduce weapon cooldowns by 100% (doubling damage output) and every time a target is hit by weapons fire, it receives a buff to not be optimally targeted, displacing damage to other source
I want all these icons and unique bonusses implemented. NOW.

First of all: Front laser banks. The Revelations' upper laser turrets don't even shoot. I have been complaining about this since Entrenchment and will continue to do so whenever a decent opportunity appears. About the abilities: Reverie is a good ability (especially during the early stages of the game, less so in later stages of the game), yet it is great for neutralizing or eliminating a single target. Clairvoyance is a useful utility, yet building a capital s
Its not as Iconic. Same goes for Revelations and Marauders. Which is sad really.
Marauders aren't that bad. Revelation and Rankulas need some tweaks though.
I cannot believe I am saying this but... I agree with Average Joe. [e digicons]x_x[/e]
Extremely radical idea, but have we considered making Flak Burst a passive instead of Adaptive? Because that'd be substantially more unique. Effectively the Kol would automatically use wide-range Flak ammunition if Strikecraft come close, making it a cap-version of a flak frigate.
It is a very interesting and cool idea I must say, but the problem with the ol being ineffective lies not with the Flak Burst abi

Its kind of the way the ship was designed. When facing a single target, most ships in the game don't use all their banks to the best efficiency.
Its just not fair. [e digicons]>:([/e]
Raw DPS isn't useful until you get to absurd levels thereof (like the Ragnarov or Orky). Clearly a Kol shouldn't deal that much DPS. For balance reasons, capitals must be less efficient DPS-wise than frigates. The difference is compensated for by their abilities. The problem is, the abilities of the Kol, don't compensate it. That in part is why I elected to go with a regen disable on the Kol. &nb
You don't get points for answering questions about yourself Mecha, out you go!
Suicide mine squadrons would probably be overpowered, yet it sounds like a very fun idea! They should just cost a great deal of antimatter to be rebuilt and take longer to manufacture than bomber and fighter squadrons. I think it could actually be balanced for multiplayer.
/Signed. Not that it is very important though...
Quoting Seleuceia, reply 9 Quoting Pbhead, reply 7Useless on a weekend. Try bumping this when the devs might actually be at work. They apparently weren't too busy to lock a thread trolled by Mecha... Yeah, it was pretty good one:(
I just hope he didn't commit suicide.
