I think he was banned with a good reason, yet I think most people ignored his rant threads anyway, so I wouldn't mind it if his ban revokes... He was one of the more active members here anyway, and while he couldn't translate his opinion into respecful words, he does know a lot about game balance, which is very important.
Maybe try playing multiplayer on fastest settings? It is definitely fast enough, believe me.

those are some excellent suggestions Ekko, I will add them to the list shortly.
So I have seen the multiplayer addicts ask for numerous features to be implemented, and I understand their concerns. We now have around 300-500 people online and if we want more people to join the multiplayer scene there are a few things that need to be improved upon: First of, there should be a way to auto-download maps made with galaxy Forge. This is important because for tournaments and such people want to be able to play on ladder maps that give every player an equal chance
Most games are played with locked teams, but yeah, unlocked teams can have certain adantages I suppose.

It seems like in theory, it could stack nicely with RC which repairs SC, so between the two, they should be nigh invincible.[/quote]Repair Cloud does no longer repair strike craft Volt. It was nerfed (and with good reason).

Intel chipsets kind of suck to be honest. But if you were able to play trinity with it, you should definitely be able to play Rebellion since it runs much smoother.

Let this be a lesson for all of you kids! This is a perfect example of what could happen when you don't look around the interwebs before making a purchase. What's with all the forum ads by the way? Now I have to install Adblock Plus on Chrome.... Yeez.
I believe you can still unlock the achievements when you are running Steam in offline mode. Your Steam friends will just not be able to see them, but you can browse through the ones you unlocked nonetheless.
Damnit. I really enjoyed this thread. [e digicons]:([/e]
Adding a mine sweeping ability to constructor frigates has been requested more often in the past. Yet at this point, it is fairly easy to clear out minefields using a single scout frigate. Just back it up with a few flak frigates and watch the mines go boom! It is really not something that needs fixing if you ask me.

Anyway, I had an other idea in mind: Make the amount of deployable starbases dependent on Fleet Supply research. The starbases do not need to cost fleet supply once they are built, but we could limit the amount of deployable starbases per researched fleet supply level
