yes?...ahhhh...yes to which one?
yrag2
I can't get it to do that...works fine. Are you using CM or SDC to install programs?
I don't use WinStyles only cause I like to mix everything up...ummmmm...be right back
what are you trying to load
winstyles loads the whole suite...icons, wallpaper,etc..etc....Windowblinds only loads the skin on your system.....toolbars menus etc.....
that no was your question about Winstyles...proggie is program
just when I thought you couldn't improve on Beninati
which proggie is giving you grief??????
tell me your computer is running right
ya it be me.....
first things first...did you change your name today?????
ok...now you have me confused. What program are you trying to uninstall?
I've never seen one either...knock on wood. I don't think I'll go look for one either...might find one
SDC has the suites under the Wincustomize Tab. Make sure you register products and they will come up
sig101- I stand corrected, you are right. When I loaded WCBrowser it put the cookies in the cookie jar. When I then opened IE it appeared that IE was loading it. Not so...when I cleaned the jar out and loaded IE nothing came up until I accessed WinCustomize site. It is nothing more then a tracking tool and I certainly have no problem with that. Next time I'll do my homework before I open my big finger. Thanks for correcting me <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/joke.gif" border=
I should have made clear that Stardock has nothing to do with these cookie(s). It loads no matter what site you bring up on IE..and it's not 1 cookie..it's 28 of them!!! >
I think the culprit is 'hitbox.com'...it loads a cookie as soon as you open IE and if privacy settings aren't set right, will give you a pop-ad from one of it's clients as you cruise IE. Nice, heh
I just read both your posts...my guess is that yes it was the cursor and not CursorXP...but I still think you might like the Plus model ....and yes it is the small things that get the guns out. So when you troubleshoot start small and work your way up to the huge. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 A
sorry about the delay...something trashed my harddrive and I had to reload my system....I love when that happens. Now...ahhhhhhh...where were we...oh yeah..CursorXP version should be 1.30.013. You can get it thru SDC or the Stardock Site. I have CursorXP Plus and it's well worth the money. I'm really glad that everything worked and now I must go to find out what trashed me....see ya on the flip side <BR
I assume you rebooted...reload WindowFX and if everything is OK make sure you enable load on startup.....I'm looking something up on Cursor....try the FX while I read
let's be sure...go to mouse config or config cursorXP in start meun and disable or load default..just so it doesn't load on restart. Reboot and get the gun ready
CPU is good and means there is no problem with anything running in background. The problem is either WB or CursorXP, Reload WB and not CusorXP and see what happens
use T/M and kill CursorXP....while you're there click on 'performance' tab and tell me what your CPU reads
