uac is a wasted feature. you didnt need it in windows xp or win 2000. it is microsofts lame attempt to be more like a mac os and hold your hand. turn it off entirely and be happy with your computer, otherwise win 7 is a remarkable os overall.

i have reused oem's over and over... its not that difficult... i build pc's for a living and will only use oem versions, they are much cheaper for the same os. you know you can even buy oem editions from new egg for half the price. i also noticed you saying if you install the power supply in the botom it has little space for the psu fan, well thats a simple solution, you are supposed to flip it over. but you would have found that out because the screws only line up one way. i really s

those video cards are garbage...they are basically 2x gtx 250- 260s slapped together... get a gtx 285 ftw 2gb by evga.... it alone will out perform the gtx 295 and totally rock in sli...i know this from personal experience...i went basically the route you are going... but why so much ram? are you doing any major rendering? if you are gaming 8 gb is best, but still overkill

i have seen this issue many times...i have 17 pcs i use my stardock account on ( not recommended, youll be constantly emailing stardock) but i do it only on my personal systems to test all the software accross a wide range of hardware and windows versions.... many of my clients see my system and want it on theirs.... i then have them buy a subscription, or at least the programs they want ( do i get a bonus for refferals? ive sold maybe 20 - 30 OD subscriptions) but i have seen the issues
